I have a message on my account about being cancelled, and we have no answers about the reason, and not being reinstalled, after some claims. Please help us solve this problem, as we cannot do more purchases

1- you stated that the products had reached me and that was not true (I am still waiting)
2- I sent you a request for an explanation, pointing out that Vs tracking no. Was different from the one provided to me by the seller.
3- I am still waiting to receive both what I ordered and Vs acknowledgement for the correction of the tracking n.

Ordered a replacement drive motor for my remote control lawnmower. It was easy to place the order and it was received within days. The only difficult part of the process was finding the motor on the internet.
I understand why many of the salesman ask me for my WhatsApp number, because the notifications from your app doesn't work properly, I have to get in the app in order to see if someone has answered me and the other thing is that many of the conversations that I already have with someone else's men doesn't come to the chat session they stay In the consultations it's so confusing.
Also check how hard it's to go to the bottom of this window when it's full of letters it's so bad quality your web development.

The supplier was easily available to chat with answering all my questions and even helping me source other products not in their usual catalog. They were accommodating with my sample ordering and once all samples were approved, the order process was so fast! This supplier also had a smaller MOQ requirement thus, it is easy for Medium-scale business like ours to find china-based suppliers with smaller MOQs.
Very low quality of product.
Seller charged more than what was offered, claiming that the product sent would be of the highest quality and sent a product of terrible quality, without a box or bag, horrible.

Good day, the payment of this product was made on novemeber 19th, supposedly the ETA would be around 31st December, my order is one month delayed and also the system automatically confirm a receipt around January 20.
I´m really worried that my product might not arrive. How can I ask for my money reimbursement or how could I file a claim?
