The company enjoys a reputation for offering high-quality, eco-friendly products that many customers love, particularly their bath bombs and skincare items. Positive experiences often highlight the effectiveness of the products and the inviting atmosphere of their stores. However, significant concerns have emerged regarding customer service, particularly related to shipping delays, difficulties with gift card redemption, and product packaging issues. Overall, while product satisfaction remains high, the company must address service reliability and customer communication to enhance its reputation.

LUSH IS TRUSH! Terrible they openly support terror and put on their store's windows " boycott Israel" In what reality do you live and why is it allowed?
I have been using lush soaps for some years now, but I think I will stop. The smells are too strong and overpowering. I also think it is a very "young" brand, but I'm not as young as I used to be.
No me gusto la vestimenta, por lo cual me parecio mal y sobre todo cuando hablas con soporte, pareciera que esto demora mucho al adquirir un producto
I will no longer be doing business with lush after I saw signs of negative Israeli signs on your lush stores in miami... I hope others will do the same...they are berating Israeli attacks from. Hamas...
There is no place for racism in any place in the world! Shame on you!
It is not politics. You don't have to take a side.
But this is just another level! To post on your store such a sign!
Shame on you
Seems to be made by very cheap products. Not worth it all, I'll never buy from them again.
I advise you strongly not to as well.
An anti-Semitic society, how can we sleep peacefully after what they did in Israel, it was a pogrom, women, children we were massacred
Bad service and products, and beyond that, they are antisemitic who support terrorist organization and want to boycott Israel! Be ashamed.
I bought a lot of different things from them and all of them were bad for my and my friends skin!
Think my title says it all. One store (think Ireland) even spells it out in large letters as you enter the store. Absolutely awful people and a terrible company. I wish lush and ALL employees a painful departure- the world is worse with you in it.
I received some products as a gift. The bath bombs just felt oily. The body wash was meh. The lotions didn't do much and my skin isn't even very dry. Definitely overpriced and not worth it. I will happily go back to my Bath and Body Works products
I received a gift box from my daughter from this company. She said it was a "bath bomb box". Awesome, right? Not so much. I brought the box into my bathroom, opened it and took a yellow bar out of its package. Once I got into the tub, I placed it in the water. When it didn't dissolve right away, I was surprised. It did slowly start to dissolve. And dissolve it did, into an oily mess. I took it out within several minutes but the damage was done. I was laying in an oil slick. And I'm now seriously questioning how I am supposed to get out of the he bathtub safely as my hands are covered in this goop. It would barely wash off on my towel. I barely managed to get out and spent a long while cleaning this out of my tub.
I went out to tell my husband who was very concerned. Not only for my safety but for our sensitive septic system. We ran water for over an hour to flush it out of the pipes. I dumped the entire contents of the box into the garbage but kept the box. My granddaughter will love the pretty box.
I messaged the company, notifying them of my safety and septic concerns. I was not looking for compensation. I mentioned this was a lawsuit waiting to happen and suggested they label, what I now know was a "massage bar", not a bath bomb.
Customer Service was a joke. They wanted a picture from the tub. The bathtub I just spent a very long time cleaning. They also needed purchase verification. I had already said, I was not going to tell my daughter about this, so obviously was not going to ask for her receipt. Again, I also was not asking for compensation, just informing them to mark the packages better. I should not have to read instructions for bath bombs. Good lord. I have been using bath bombs for years.
I take half the responsibility for this mishap. Maybe this company has great products, but I will never know. I would think the owners and their legal department would be interested in this mishap and immediately put some quality controls in, and label anything that is hazardous. But I am certain my concerns haven't made it past customer service.
I have included screenshots of my discussion with customer support. I did number them if they don't load in order.
I found a dead bird in my bathbomb. Never shopping at this overpriced trashy store again. This product is safe for kids?! I read reviews that this stuff is made in sweatshops. I believe it.

I was with my mums friend.
I got a free sample of one thing.
It was chocolate body rub, it smelt really lovely. I got home and showed my mum and she said what a bargain. I enjoyed my visit to lush at Bluewater.
I always buy all the bath goods for me and my daughter. I really love the quality of Lush products, the variety of choices they offer.
My daughter gave me my first Lush product which was Charity Pot. What amazing products they have! I just use it in the morning and effect lasts the whole day. I use it on the face too and it is doing wonders. I have the small size 'tub' of theirs for the last 6 months and it seems to last forever! A little goes a long way. I now use some of their other products too. I particularly love their rose face mask. And I love it that they give free samples for us to try on!
No option for zero stars, so I guess they will get one, which is not deserved.
I received an e-gift card, so went into the store in Cerritos with my husband. I was excited, I was a first time shopper there, and it was a birthday gift from my brother. After telling the sales people this and shopping for almost an hour, I went to check out but they could not verify my gift card, and turned me away with nothing but an empty feeling. I also tried redeeming the card online, didn't work there either. Finally, I called the customer service number, and the same thing happened. My brother bought the card on the website with his credit card, this should not have occurred, and nobody seems to care.
I WILL NEVER SHOP AT LUSH AGAIN!
Answer: The face products are pretty good, I would say that body washes are just average.
Answer: No, me and my friend bought different stuff and after using them we didn't see any difference
Answer: YES! Almost every drugstore has better prices and quality
Answer: Lush is sold only in Lush stores or Lush.com. They do not sell anywhere else.
