They have published Incorrect information about me. I will find them and will sue them. I am hiring a lawyer. Under the common law, private defamation claims were actional per se, meaning that a defendant could be held liable for saying something that defamed the plaintiff's reputation, regardless of his guilty state of mind (malice/reckless/negligence).
They have no legal right or consent to publish very private information about people, many innocent people keep being arrested lately, FAKE LOCAL CRIME NEWS publishes and destroys someone's reputation. It very inhumane and also a crime.
This is my go-to site for all the local arrests in my town. It's not like the other side that has false information or a bunch of ads.
