Spent weeks getting my order created after many back and forth emails and calls to my rep, we finally got the order. The rep took several days to return calls and or emails. When we received our order, late... we started putting them together. Our sink cabinet was the wrong on and another cabinet didn't have the right sizes to put it together. The lower corner cabinet had a cracked front frame that was difficult to replace as well. After days of figuring that out they were finally installed. The good part was they were easy to put together and install. On the other hand, we have had them for about a year and the paint is wearing off and they chip very easily. White cabinets get dirty easily so we clean them often. The paint wear isn't from the chemicals as I use natural products of water, vinegar and essential oils. They definitely won't last as long as I thought they would or would expect for the price since we're only a year in and they need touched up.
To be specific. The cabinets aren't bad. The supports that hold the shelves up. Are dangerously and precariously holding up glass objects. Sad part is. I called for assistance and they pretended not to know we spent 5,700.00 on cabinets from a co. That cannot or chose not to assist us.
I purchased cabinets for my pole barn office and they turned out great. I always receive my cabinets quickly and they never have any defects. The cabinets include all the parts that are needed. I will continue to purchase from Lily Ann Cabinets.
This company is a great company to work with. They even gave us enough time to receive the product being that we were out of town and the product arrive on the specific date and time without any damage to the cabinets.
Not sure I'd use this for my next remodel. Promised a
"1-14 day" shipping speed, but it took 21 days. Worse was they shipped a wrong cabinet. I ordered a sink base for our remodel, and they shipped a microwave base. I spoke with customer service, they 'owned up' to the mistake, but it's been over a week and still no response despite the fact I've tried reaching back out to them multiple times to see if the correct cabinet has been shipped or not. This means my remodel is about a month behind schedule - the contractors I'm using are getting fed up with me because the whole project is on hold until I can get this last cabinet.
Overall, the cabinets are well crafted and look really great. If I could have my last cabinet, this could have been a 4 or 5-star review!
I contacted Lisa Decker because she was highly recommended by a friend, who installed cabinets in several properties. I loved my friend's kitchen and was able to find several products on the website that seemed to be competitively priced. I met with Lisa at the Largo, FL location and immediately fell in love with York Driftwood line. Lisa helped me to refine the design. I requested for the cabinets to be delivered assembled, and all 19 cabinets were assembled and delivered in record time. My kitchen installer was very pleased with the quality and how well everything fit together. It took about 24 hours for two people to complete the installation including cabinet pulls. All cabinets came with plenty of hardware. The only drawback I could see is that the shelves in the cabinets were impossible to re-position after you installed them once - this was due to the type of clips supplied with the cabinets. Had I thought about it, I would have bought different clips in a hardware store. Bottom line: these cabinets are the best quality for the price. I will definitely come back when I am ready to do another project.
Karya Tianco is wonderful. The cabinets are wonderful The customer service beyond Karya is top tier. The measurements are exact and the cabinets are super easy to assemble. I cannot stress how good this company is.
Where did the quality go? Who are they hiring? This used to be such a good company, but their standards have slipped. The cabinets will not go together because it looks like they started cutting one angle from one end, stopped half-way through and started at the other end,... UPSIDE DOWN! There is no way to use cabinets cut like that. The parts can't possibly slide all the way through the grooves. Waste of money and waste of time!
We ordered our cabinets back in May 2020(Charleston Saddle color). We received our cabinets within 3 weeks which was very good considering COVID. The quality of the cabinets is very good for the price. The problem that we have been dealing with for over 2 months is the color. We received 10 cabinets with 4 different Purchase Order(PO) numbers. Each PO is a slightly different color with one being significantly darker than the other 3. We have email and called Lily Ann Cabinets at least 5 times but they have not resolved our issues. We received one new cabinet but need three additional doors in order for them all to match. Lily Ann is not very good about getting back to their customers in a timely manner. Hopefully we hear something soon from the Replacements Department since our project has been sitting in limbo for over 1 month while we wait for the correct stain color.
This company is so shady and unprofessional I drove over 8 hours to pick these cabinets up. Otw there I was informed not all the cabinets were in stock like I was told a few hours earlier but they did ship them out fast so no big deal. However you can see the company charged me three times for the same order. Also you can see two of the cabinets they gave me knowingly were used or returns. They were in white boxes instead of brown with the hardware already attached. Both cabinets had damages. There was another pantry I received that had damage as well. I called this company 3-4 times and all I got was somebody will call you back. NEVER got a call back. I'm in the middle of 3 disputes with my credit card company to get my money back for the 2 extra charges and refund my money for damaged cabinets. The owner even knew I was driving over 4 hours each way to pick them up and they still knowingly gave me used and damaged product. I had to find somewhere else to buy close replacements, rescheduled the countertop guys and waste days of my time. They haven't even refunded both of extra changers yet and it's been over 40 days!? On 7/1 they LOCKED my account so I guess I couldn't review them. I bought and picked up the cabinets on 6/10 and started the dispute 15 days later because nobody called. The credit card company will have to make a decision and give me my money back. At this point they are trying to steal my money.
Update - talked to owner he said it was handled wrong told me to call him back with the info about the damage cabinets. Never answered again. Do yourself a favorite and avoid them
