Worst customer service!
Worst customer service! Or should I say, non existent customer service.
I begged the "virtual agent" to let me talk to a representative on the phone- they don't allow that at all! "Jaime" did not know how to fix a simple subscription issue, so she wanted me to cancel my account altogether and start a new one. I said no, let's figure out how to fix this one. That was just too much brain work for her, so I requested a supervisor. "Jan" was no better, if not worse. There is NOT a phone number you can call for customer support, and the Live Agents are not "live" at all, they have no idea how to fix anything. I spent over 3 hours trying to get someone real to hear me and fix a simple problem. I then asked to be escalated to their complaint department-she said "we don't have one". Honestly the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE app that has ever been in business! Don't spend your money on an app that doesn't work and will not help you, nor will it let you call or email a real live employee. Just use your IPhone Find Me feature, works so much better and you don't have to deal with bots when your money is mismanaged.
My family has been at Gold level for many years, since our oldest turned 15... And we truly have loved this app and its safety features! We've recommended it countless of times over the years, as well, really promoting it! However, initially began having issues with location markings pay for UNLIMITED, but that is NOT WHAT YOU GET.) And now, most recently, it has begun seriously GLITCHING, FREEZING and just PLAIN NOT WORKING! Keep expecting them to do an app update release, but they have not. Prefer NOT to discontinue, but am beginning to wonder what has happened with their customer service failing?
Will wait a bit longer and then reassess its viability

Avoid this app. Have screenshots of previously visited locations updating throughout the day to say different locations. Hours can go missing with no records of locations. Customer service were useless and blamed the phone however same issues on multiple phones. Also location was reading perfect for every other app.
I ve been a client of them for many years. Everything good but if you are unlucky enough to experience issues, well their support is literally the worst.
Beside giving you answers that are very rude and useless, they truly have no clue what to do.
I had 3 subscriptions and i cancel 2 of them completely and downgraded the last one to the very basic.
Too bad because the app and accuracy are pretty ok (not great)

I had been use Life360 for many years. It is working OK, sometimes bad. Get less functions than before, so Life360 want to force free user to pay. I don't mind to help pay... BUT $14.99 per month is way too much...!... If $14.99 / year many people don't mind to pay and Life360 will make a lot money... But ther're not that smart. So, may be Life360 think we can't live without... I bet some similar App. Will show up soon...!
I've had this for years. It worked great but in the last year it's spotty. I posted a negative review before and it started working again. Now it doesn't. They made some changes and they were not an improvement.
This app drained my battery so fast that it's unbelievable. Even as a parent, this is just an intrusive and unnecessary app. It's also inaccurate and mostly shows the wrong locations. If you want to see where your children are, just give them a call or text. You don't need this horrible app. Trust me.
Used my gold membership for the first time ever. Locked out of vehicle. They said about an hour for help (I'm in the middle of town) but ok no problem. Then when the time arrived for my "help" to be there I got a follow up message that they would be there in ANOTHER hour. Again, in the middle of a busy town with lots of other services. I feel they are not sending anyone and simply waiting me out. Also, when I contacted them and said I was female, in a now closed business, and it would be dark, they suggested I call 911. Thanks f######
Either you turn on notifications or you get a launch screen every time you open app life360 making it sound like I will miss really important info if I don't allow notifications. Turn on notifications and they are constantly reporting low battery status for each member of circle. I don't need to know this. Will never pay for the app. Just want to occasionally know the whereabouts of circle members and for that it reason the app is merely sufficient... but mostly it's annoying.
Answer: It shows accurate time just a wrong location...
