Very knowledgeable and responsive. Not pushy in any way; very willing to share expertise and work to help us find the right home. Mike was a pleasant surprise. He did not try to convince us to buy something we didn't want, and he seemed to know in advance if a house wasn't going to work for us. He'd still show us the house if we wanted, but he did not try to push us into anything. Very helpful!
