Kongregate

Kong has the worst customer service I've experienced in a long, long time. Right now I am so furious with them I could scream! They banned my account after claiming they emailed me five times about an issue. This is an outright lie, they only sent me ONE email and I responded after 24 hours. After following their instructions to clear up the issue, which turns out also to be untrue, they are ignoring any follow up emails and continuing to ban my account. I've also tried calling and of course, they will not return my phone calls either. How do they keep getting away with this dreadful customer service, rather customer LACK of service? WHY do they treat paying customers so poorly? I just don't understand it. I spend a lot of money on their website and I've done nothing wrong, yet I'm getting this disgusting treatment from them. I have become so angry and frustrated at this point I'm shaking.

I sent in a ticket its been 5 days and still no reply from them i dont think that they even care about the people who play their games all they want is the money they are as bad as ea games if not worse at least ea pretends to care and i can almost bet they wont even respond to this review

They play you like a fool. Impossible to progress in their games (Fox's Animation Throwdown) without spending hundereds or even thousands (like I did) in the hopes of maybe, maybe. Levelling up a character you like or being able to craft a card you want. They claim the cards dealt are random drops. I call BS. The AI in the game can decimate even the most well constructed and planned deck you build in three turns.
They say they care about the people who spend money for their virtual purchases- but all evidence; (And I have screen shots) point to the opposite. They care as long as your spend, they make $, and that no one catches on.

Kongregate killed surviv.io and is sending DMCA to anyone who tries to remake the game because they are greedy and terrible at what they do. Not sure what was going on in their mind when they thought they could recreate a worse version of the game.

Kong is one of the most incompetent companies to ever take over a game. I see now why players say this is where games go to die. They have no insight as to what players want and the execs are so out of touch from the game, they only care about the profits. Surprise surprise. I've played this game called Bit Heroes for over 5yrs and I love this game. Kong is the sole reason why I want to rage quit now. They will scam you, cheat you, lie to you, rugpull on you, and devalue your money every step of the way. I'd rather just watch my money go up in flames than to give it to Kong where my favorite game is going up in flames. Kong, when will you ever do better? I seriously doubt that day will ever come and the day I rage quit will come sooner. Way to piss off your players and kill the game and your profits. Last time I posted a warning about them, the game got rolled back, first time in 7yrs! Oh btw, that rollback that screwed over thousands of players, was today. Happy St. Rollback's Day!

For some reason why they buy a game, It dies. For example surviv.io! They bought one of my favourate games in December 2019. In 2023 it got shut down and made a crappy ripoff! Worst company ever! They made the game infested with hackers, no real updates and only added skins. Now when you type surviv.io in your browser it redirects you to bit heros arena! The ripoff game!

Once surviv.io was my favorite game only to be ruined by the acquisition of Kongregate on the game and now it is infested with hackers and yet the Devs don't seem to care. They have ruined and do not seem to care about the lore and a few features that Justin and Nick were going to add was doomed to be never added
