I have ordered quite regularly from Kitten rules and have never been disappointed. The quality of the clothes are really good and can sometimes find brand new items with tags still on that are also at great/low prices. I once had an issue with the delivery, it took a long time for my clothes to arrive (due to my post office) however, I had constant contact with support manager via email who reassured me that the items were on the way. I will be placing my next order soon!
We eventually received one of the two items we ordered. Customer Service never responded to our email. We have been checking our spam folder to be sure it didn't get mis-filed. So... we're still waiting for one of the gifts ordered in November to arrive. No tracking number was ever sent, though we did receive a confirmation for the order.
Ordered nearly a month ago. No response has been made to our inquiries. We will inform our bank and see what happens. Also, why do all the other reviews here want you to trust the site?
Love this store for so much cats products! I ordered the pusheen sweatshirt. It came after 2 or 3 weeks. The package is very good! It was not damaged as a majority of packages from other online stores. The quality is very good. It's made from natural cotton, very soft and warm and looks very beautiful. So I'm satisfied and recommend this store!

Actually, if you're a true animal lover, then you can apply to this company because it sells awesome outfit with depicting animals. I love cats so I have decided to acquire some t shirts where cats are depicted. So, I applied here to customer support in order to ask them whether they offer an opportunity to deliver things to far areas. So, they responded that it's possible but it can costm uch that I could expect. Well, I agreed and ordered some t shirts. They came up to me just for couple of months. Now, I'm stylish and look perfect, thanks to this company.

My product came within 2.5 weeks (much earlier than I had anticipated) and I was completely satisfied with my Pusheen backpack! It was exactly as advertised.
