Cap came so quickly... for a second I thought it must have been something else I ordered. Everyone where I work love Kim caps. To me all of these negative comments seem like a planned attack... perhaps by a competitor?
I'm not sure why all the negative talk either. I have been ordering hats from Kim for the past three years. One time there was an error however it was resolved very quickly and she offered me another hat for the inconvenience. My only complaint is that while I love that she changes her fabrics often, (not like many other sites) it can also be a bit frustrating. Because I live in Canada, therefore shipping is crazy, it can be a pain to see a new fabric since I like to get a larger order all in one shot to save on shipping. I wish she would allow me to pay for the hat(s) but hang on to it until there is a few so my shipping is more cost efficient. Otherwise I have always had good customer service and the product is great as well. I think I should be her Canadian distributor...
Whoa, whoa, whoa. I saw this site's rating on google and just HAD to stop and put my 2 cents in. I've been buying kimkaps for almost 3 years now (and she's right every time -I do look so cute!) and I have NEVER had an issue with an order. My caps are always beautiful, shipping is ridiculously fast, and the one time I had a question and contacted them, I got a response that was both helpful and quick. This site is not a scam and it is absolutely worth $13.95 to find out for yourself that these are the best darn caps the internet has to offer.
Add me to the list of people who have been burned by Kimberley Larson of KimKaps! She never sent my order, but tried to claim she did send it. When called on it, she made up a story about the fabric being delayed, and said she would be happy to give me a refund instead. But two months later, I'm still trying to get the refund! Stay far, far away from this one! She took my money, and has given me nothing but weeks of frustration in return!

I placed an order 3/11/13 and never received my order and have been waiting for a response from them. I have called numerous times and texted them as well. They have blocked me from placing comments on Facebook because they don't want people to know the truth that they are a scam of a company
I have been ordering from this company for several YEARS and have yet to have less than a 5 star experience. KimKaps offers a quality product at a reasonable price! I am a traveling nurse so my orders have been shipped all over the U.S. And I have never had an issue.
I returned to caps to this company last year because my hospital changed rules on cloth caps right after I received them. Kim said not a problem, just send them back and we will refund you. I have repeatedly e-mailed. Called and texted to get a refund. After a year, no refund and not answer to my calls, emails or texts. BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered on 3/1 & received on 3/6. Love the product & customer service. I will be ordering more. Just wish all styles (2,4, & 6) came in basic solids like black. Love, Love, LOVE! I've already told everyone about them & i will be ordering these for gifts!
I ordered from kimkaps on a Wednesday and I had my order delivered the following Wednesday. Before they arrived I E mailed them a question and was promptly replied to. I was very impressed with their selection and the quality of the kimkaps. I live in Canada and I would certainly order from them again.
