Navigating through the platform and user experience was great. However, I observed that I had difficulties finding HR related openings which would have been great. In addition, I also observe instances where after clicking on apply it takes me to indeed to apply instead of the platform which should be default.

I had low expectations for this resume review service because everyone has their opinions on how to format and build a resume.

Claudia gave constructive feedback, which I have now implemented. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that some of the information in my CV must have appeared as missing in the transfer (ie phone number and email which were present) so I have corrected this. I have also used her advice regarding my Personal Statement and listed my skills as bullet points so as to aid ATS. Overall very pleased and would recommend to others.

My review included detailed analysis of each section – contact details, skills, work experience etc. It included even the use of fonts and colours.
All was very helpful to me and following the recommendations, I have changed my resume to much nicer, polished and shorter version.
