This has become my Go To for online purchases. I can get anything from groceries to exercise equipment (and have). They used to have fresh/perishable groceries but I don't know if they still do that. The prices are good and the service is even better. I recently ordered two small items that did not ship and they, subsequently, cancelled both items. They credited my account for $5 each item just for the inconvenience. Anytime that I've had an issue with an order the service is immediate and excellent. Yes, there are quirks here and there (clothing selection and prices need a lot of work); but overall, I can't complain and will continue to use them.
For the most part, I have been happy with my purchases; however your packers use way too much packing paper. This is totally unnecessary. Use smaller boxes and save the trees. The box that came today is 1/2 paper. This is enough to make me stop shopping at Jet.com..
This company is ripping off people left an right, they overall are a nightmare. Things show up things don't show up. I can not believe Walmart put this much money into them, and this is the nonsense. They also stink to do business with as a business owner, its pretty sad
I started to order from Jet.com and loved the convenience until I realized that they are just a middleman and my products started coming from stores like Walmart. I used to order my organic laundry detergent through jet then it would be delivered damaged with 1/2 my detergent in a plastic bag and boxed from Walmart. I could just as easily go there myself if I wanted to give my business to Walmart. Will not use Jet anymore.
If I could give less I would. Leads were bogus. When I would listen during they make the appointments you could hear the client tell them right out they are NOT ready yet they talk them into appt just to get off the phone. I call and they either don't answer or they tell me they are not looking. I asked for my refund and as expected ZERO. Many others had the SAME complaint and bogus to no leads. In the past, I was able to order from this site and get great deals. Now it hardly ever lowers the prices for ordering in quantity and the shipping has been terrible. I stopped ordering from them and just order from Walmart (their parent company) directly. Feeling a bit swindled.
I admit to being reluctant to try this site. I wasn't sure if it was legit. It IS! I have gotten so many things from them in the last year! First, the prices are on par with Amazon and Costco, but if you combine it with other items, prices are even lower. I wait every couple of months and fill my cart, and then I buy. I have been very happy with the pet food, canned goods, and general grocery items. Everything is delivered, well-wrapped, and protected. And when they say it is a "two-day" delivery item; they mean it! Being a frugal shopper, I always check their prices against my local sales, Costco, Amazon, Walmart, and Target. I have been also pleased with their "JetCash." If you shop on other websites (Jet has a COPIOUS list), you can send Jet a copy of your receipt and Jet will give you a certain percentage of the total as "JetCash" to use on your next order. So far, so pleased!
I liked the site has some products i can't easily find sometimes good prices, good customer service but I constantly forget to not buy paper towels from them. Their default delivery is courier 8-9 AM on a weekend. Rather than leaving it with my doorman they wake me up to want to give some paper towels when I went to bed at 4AM the night before. I complained to customer service they said if I want to choose my time it's 9.99. That feels like extortion to not torture me. Just because they insist on having my doorman call up to hand me paper towels in-person way too early in the morning I will not use this site anymore. Every time they wake me up I feel like I hate them. 8AM ringing my bell on a Sat morning is not reasonable.
I had not hear of this business before I received an email from them telling me a new account has been opened for me. I did not do this. Fearing some sort of phishing scam, I reached out to them (on their official email, from their site).
No one ever responded. I still get emails from them updating me on what they sell...
They have spammed me incessantly for YEARS, despite countless attempts on my part to unsubscribe. I've used their unsubscribe link, I've emailed multiple contacts at this company. They are OBNOXIOUS, and will. Not. Stop.
Oh, and what they're doing is against the law.
Based on that alone, I would NEVER use them.
I ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas and online at the time of my order it said it would be here by the 15th of December just got a message from them a week before Christmas that they were unable to fill my order. Thanks a lot Jets won't be ordering from you again!
