Tech support not addressing issues since Dec. 2016. Many customers with broken trackers not getting service, replacements or refunds. File your complaints but don't expect anything from them. In the end, you'll have to just consider getting a different brand of tracker. The app is cloud based so if they go out of business your done anyway.

Had a jawbone Icon, the motherboard completely FELL out. Contacted Jawbone support, informed them of such, sent pictures. They responded by"graciously " sending me an Icon HD. Later found it 2 be "out of warranty" Of course, the replacement was a broken, dilapidated piece of garbage! Respondent"Jawbone support "states, at this time the headset is out of warranty and I could replace with discounted unit if I'm so unhappy. Bull$#*!! They were totally aware of the crap they were sending! Been with them since 2009---never again!

UP is magneficient

The UP is a state of the art technology that beats every other sleeping tracking device. When hooked up to the app it is very accurate and helps track sleeping habits real well. I think the new model will be even better. Their phone representatives have been great some of the best when having problems.

Far from easy, then the product arrives like a week later without one of the cables that were listing in the box contents. Send product back, wait another two weeks to get a replacement. Finally get the Jawbone bluetooth speaker working, and man it its so over priced for what you get. The internal speakers on my imac are 95% as good as them. DONT BUY a JAWBONE, they are overpriced tin cans with very middle of the road sound reproduction.

Customer service is no longer answering phones or email. They are NOT standing by their warranty if your band separates. They have not paid their customer service people. If your band lasts a full year you are lucky, but if it doesn't you are out of luck.
