There suits are made out of garbage materiale the measurements look like they were made not to fit (sadly i am not joking) realy do not buy just because its cheap or because they have a cool website you might as well take a garbage bag and add lapels... ITS NOT EVEN A SUIT its a garbage bag TRUST ME

I used tailor many times over the years The last two shirts were really bad I will not use them again

This is my second time dealing with Itailor.com, first was ok but second time, this time, I ordered 5 shirts and 7 suits. They are 3 sizes too big for me. I've contacted them and they requested photos, I sent them photos, they said they would work out the issue. Its been almost 7 month, I have oversize clothes I cannot wear and no sign of anyone in this company that seems to care. Almost $2300.00 later, im stuck. Don't make the same mistakes i made. Buy local where you can return the items if the fit is not correct.
NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered 2 suits. 1 of them the pants came 4 inches short of what was entered into their site. Rather than send new pants made to the proper measurements. They tried to get me to buy a new pair at 50% off. The owner when he noticed his staff had made a poor judgement, called me from Thailand. He made everything right. Great response to the issue.

Following previous review the owner got in touch and ultimately gave me a refund on the items that did not work out. They once again proposed to make the suit again but as I had no confidence in this a refund was done. Great that they honoured their regard for customer satisfaction but unfortunately it takes a honest but bad review to get them to this stage.

I have just received my second order from itailor both were brilliant quality at a great price and both were delivered in less than six weeks to the uk. I am already planning my next order and would gladly recommend this service to my best friend...

Shortly after posting my review, I got a call from Bob, the owner. He immediately had them redo my shirts and sent them to me. I just received them and they look great.

After the quality of service I got from Bob, and the quick resolution to the issue, I'd probably be ordering from them again

I love the shirts have been getting them for over 10 years can't complement them enough if there is anything not quite right contact them direct and they bend over backwards to help you in any way, the quality of the materials and construction is se ond to none. Thank you for being there.

This suit is easily the best suit I own. My groomsmen and I were constantly complimented on our suits.

I will say, the company and its owner worked hard to resolve the issues. I received an expedited replacement for the item that was stuck in transit limbo, and the quality was of course what I have come to expect from iTailor. I will continue to use the site for my suiting needs; here's to hoping this was an isolated issue.

Itailor is a great company they work well and very quick to respond and customize your needs! I recommend them!

I've been an itailor customer for almost three years now and all of my suits jackets and slacks are now exclusively custom made for me! I've only been happy with the quality and workmanship but the open communication line and willingness to help is what sets them above and beyond. I have never had an email not returned overnight. They are so helpful with fabric questions and design advice.
Just a side note-I have bought three pairs of the exact Levi's jeans and they have not fit the same. You would think all farmers are exactly the same but they are not. Fabrics are different. The heads cutting it are different. Itailor is completely Hand Made and your measurements change day to day as well. Just keep in mind if you want a perfect fit you may need to have some small alterations. It's a work in progress and the work is fun if you like it. If you don't know your measurements or are not sure get with a local tailor and they can be tremendously helpful. So happy and just wanted everyone to know itailor is why!

I recently ordered a tuxedo from itailor. The first suit was sent to me has the worst fitting. It was too big almost fit twice of me. I reached out to customer service with photos and got their reply asking me to re-measure my size, I remeasured everything and the numbers were exactly the same as the numbers I initially put in. They said their production was correct and offered me to purchase a second suit with 50% off. It seems to be their protocol. I wasn't happy about it. I went online wrote a review and the co-owner Bob reached out to me right away and offered to fix the issue. He discussed with me and they made me a new tux that fits much better and shipped to me quicker than initially. I would give them more than 5 stars for Bob to save the day. He went above and beyond to make sure customers are happy with their purchase. I wish it didn't take a negative review for them to fix the issue.
I appreciate Bob, definitely still recommend this company. The suit is worth it, it takes some work initially but they are willing to make it right.

I purchased a Tuxedo for my wedding from iTailor. It arrived several months ago and was fantastic. The material and construction quality were great, the measurements were exactly what they gave them it fit perfectly. I was really happy. What I failed to notice was that I made a mistake on my vest and submitted to them a vest length equal to the jacket length. With only about 2 weeks until the wedding I reached out and asked if there was any way they could get me a new vest in time. Their co-owner, Bob, responded promptly, assured me they would make a new vest, ensure it arrived in time, and that they would do it at reduced cost. I was blown away. They held all the cards here, I needed that vest and I was willing to pay extra to get it on time. Instead of taking advantage of the situation and offering to deliver my needs, but at a premium, they proactively offered to make it happen for less. This is a company that does excellent work AND cares about the people it serves. Thank you iTailor.

Sent the wrong size and from what other reviews say this is going to be a pain to fix, I triple-checked to make sure I entered all the information correctly and I did, this was their fault and it doesn't help all I ordered was a simple pair of pants! Mixed with the slow shipping times, I recommend not to buy from these guys...

Update: they said it was my fault but I shouldn't worry because they would give me a 50% discount... I will Email the Co-Owner, Bob, directly hopefully that will help, will update

Update Two: they agreed to send the correct measurements for free after I Emailed the Co-Owner so I will update to three stars.

Update Three: back down to one star. They asked me to delete my negative review when they sent the "fixed" pants, I said yes, BUT, they sent the wrong size again Good Grief.

Update Four: They sent a new pair of pants without me having to ask and said they would issue a full refund, I'll update once the new pants arrive

Update Five: they sent the correct measurements and the pants are what I wanted from the start, they are very comfortable and look nice. All's well that ends well.

Update: "Bob" the "owner of the company" called and woke me up in the middle of the night promising that my refund would be available in my account first thing this morning and asked me to edit my negative reviews. You know what wasn't available first thing this morning? That's right, my refund.

I used the online tools to take my measurements and then order a completely custom suit. The technology seemed to work fine. When my order was complete, I realized that even with the $100 rush fee the suit would not arrive in time to meet my needs so I immediately cancelled the order through their customer service portal. I received an email stating that the order was cancelled but they have not provided a refund and have been unresponsive to my follow up requests. I would have certainly used their services in the future but not after the theft of funds.
