Shocked at the poor service and dishonesty. Pallet of solar panels shipped by ABF turns up shattered and the return process has been bordering on impossible. Customer service is rude and dishonest. This company appears to just be a reseller with no real knowledge of the products or where they are coming from, so everything is someone else's fault.
I cannot image the incompetence of shipping a pallet of panels stacked flat with no protective packaging between panels. Nearly all 20 panels were damaged, and 4 months later this pallet of broken panels is still awaiting pickup by the shipper.
Needed a remote display/control panel for a new customer, existing sailboat inverted had been installed without one and it was confusing for the elderly owner. I made an appointment to install one for him and found my regular suppliers out of stock. Inverter Supply came through, getting one out on two-day air for me and my customer is thrilled.
Scott was very helpful and called to let me know that the parts ordered were not correct. Inverter Supply spoke to the Company doing the work on my RV and made sure they sent the right parts. Thank you for going the extra mile.
Easy to install lightweight the connection is there a little bit hard to deal with they should not be horizontal. They should be vertical from underneath there should be a bit more options for three-quarter inch or 1 inch conduit
Purchased a new 10kva inverter from Inverter Supply for an off grid system at the farm. Surprised it shipped in only in a cardboard box. We have purchased inverters from them before and always shipped in crates. When opened, the ears were damaged. This is 108 lbs. There is no way a cardboard box will protect it. To top it off, it was missing the mounting brackets. Calling customer service gave me excuses. First, she said it was shipped directly from Victron and was not their responsibility. Then, she finally admitted that the shipment originated from their warehouse since I had the shipper and tracking #. Inverter Supply's technical support is great, but the shipping department is poor. It looks like they took a returned unit and reshipped it without packaging. The root cause is that the product was not shipped in its original packaging and looks like a return.
Falsely lists items as in stock, takes forever to ship. If you need to do a return once you finally get the item, they will claim it was a special order and charge a huge restocking fee. Look elsewhere if you want integrity and good customer service.
The price was great. Shipping was fast and free. They do insist that you don't sign receipt of shipment if the there is any damage. Mine was sitting on the front porch showing lots of abuse. Nobody asked for a signature. But it checked out OK. Several days later, the auto start function wasn't working. Aims Power tech support suggested that auto start unit might be bad and asked me to work with Inverter Supply to do an exchange. Instead I got an RMA for warranty work and I'm expected to pay the cost of shipping to Aims Power in Nevada. At least $153. That's 20% of the purchase price. Buy generators from Lowes or Home Depot so you can return defects in person.

The free delivery for over $250 was great. I received my order in just a couple of days. Inverter supply had the mounts and flashing that I wanted that no one else had in stock
The order went through quick, the delivery on schedule and the parcel arrived in good order. I haven't had time to install the inverter and check it out at this point.
