Mr. Motsco has managed our insurance and other needs for well over a decade and we have been very please with the quality of service. He makes an effort to learn about the new trends in the insurance markets to help our bottom line. I would recommend him to anybody without even thinking twice. Great Job Jeff.

I like that when I call I don't have to explain my situation over and over again. It had been a few years since I called last, and Jeff immediately remembered me.

I had an insurance agent (I won't mention the company) hounding me to buy a whole life policy. I called Jeff and he explained that there are many different types to choose from. We discussed the advantages and disadvantages of not only different types of life insurance, but also advantages and disadvantages of different insurance companies.

I appreciated having someone walk me through the process. I send everyone I know there, and just recently we initiated the process of having InsurancePickle.com come in to help with our entire benefits package for our employees.

I lost my job and received my shocking offer for COBRA insurance through the mail. I immediately started to search for health insurance on my own and stumbled on to InsurancePickle.com. I filled out the online form on their home page and received quotes immediately. I received an automated follow up e-mail from the web site encouraging me to call. As the e-mail said, the information was overwhelming and believe me, it was.

I called in and immediately Jeff picked up the phone. He was very nice and super knowledgable. Within five minutes he was able to assess my situation and actually recommended that I stayed with my COBRA. I was expecting him to try to sell me something because that's what other agents were trying to do. Since he made no money, but helped me out greatly, I thought it was the least I could do to give him a great review.

Jeff is by far the most professional person I've ever dealt with in the financial services industry. I will be calling back again and again because I like to know I actually have a professional looking out for MY best interests and not his own.

The most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful person I have EVER encountered running a business online. Long delays to reply. Rude & condescending emails, unapologetic attitude, blatantly disrespectful and crass.

After submitting an online inquiry to Jeff Motsco's site insurance pickle, we didn't receive an initial response for about a week. When he did reply, there was supposed to be a link for us to click to view potential insurance plans. There was no link, in the disorganized, unprofessional, and amateur looking email he sent us. I replied back asking for the link, and it took him 4 days to reply with absolutely no courtesy or apology for the delay. During the 4 days, we continued our research, and decided to submit an application to ehealth.com, a widely respected site for insurance needs. I replied back, and told him that since we didn't hear back from him we went elsewhere. He sent an arrogant, condescending, blatantly disrespectful email back letting us know how stupid we were for going with ehealth instead of him. We exchanged a few emails, and I was appalled at his unprofessional, rude and downright crass way of handling the loss of business. I let him know that his attitude was rude & offensive and his response was to become even more belligerent in his replies to us. I have never in my life encountered someone running a business, trying to win over my trust, treat me in such a disgusting manner.

As I told him, if this is what we can expect for your "customer service" before even signing on, week long delays, rude, disorganized amateur looking emails. I shudder to imagine how we would be treated when faced with a real medical issue or emergency! No thanks!

Go to ehealth.com. FANTASTIC customer service, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Knowledgeable, friendly and RESPECTFUL. Like with any business, if we as consumers are handing our hard earned money over, I think we will go with the company that treats us with the respect and courtesy we deserve. It is their job to convince us to trust that they are the best person to do business with. Not the guy who is so arrogant and short-sighted that all he can do is tell you he is right. All the while sending crass amateur looking emails, with numerous spelling mistakes, and instead of valuable information, the content consists of him slamming "the other guys" and telling you how you need to just deal with him, or you are stupid. If he's arguing over something as basic as showing respect and courtesy to a potential customer, just imagine when you have a real medical issue that you disagree with him on. No thanks!

This guy is a jerk, and not somebody I would trust with a lemonade stand, let alone our health care needs.
