Reason for Suspension

I only just joined 45 minutes ago and you've already suspended me. You take customers money the suspend for no reason. The whole premise of joining your site is to search. Why are you suspending my account?

False advertising! You claim to provide owner information with the trial purchase, and you didn't. Then you say it MAY be available after purchasing a premium report! This is quite the scam you have going

Everyone is welcome to do a Preliminary Search on our site. The Preliminary Search accesses people’s databases to verify that the person exists in the United States and is just a preview of the possible results available once you've subscribed to our services.

Additionally, the notifications regarding additional fees for the Premium Reports are optional add-ons only. Although premium reports will provide additional information, the availability of the data still depends on what was additionally gathered publicly. Nonetheless, you can exit the pop-up notification, and it will continue to run the search without any additional fees.

I have also searched on my end to see if I could help yield the results for the License Plate you were searching for, but I was unsuccessful. It could be that the license plate might be restricted access under the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) protection. This may also happen if the information has been purposely removed for privacy, confidentiality, and security by an individual or the state.

You use bait and switch tactics to get people to pay and then show them that they have to pay for a premium report at an inflated one time cost. This is a very unethical business practice. I already had the information from the standard report. Shame on you people!

To clarify, Premium Reports are just optional add-ons. Accessing this additional, highly sensitive data comes at a cost, as it is not available from any other source. However, you can close the pop-up message, and the search will proceed without interruption.

So I am thinking I will get a report that has maintenance records, accident reports, etc., as well as owner. All I got was a bunch of blank entries. Completely worthless, but I had to pay $2.95 to find this out.

Good information

Gave me all the information needed and was able to NOT waste my money on the car. However, they are a little sketchy with the subscription. Pay 2 for report and be hit with a 24 dollar charge 2 days later

After reviewing your account thoroughly, we found that no cancellation request was made before the end of your trial subscription, which is why the monthly fee was automatically charged.

On our checkout page, before the final billing step, the terms and conditions of the purchase, along with a detailed summary of the selected package, including the cost and duration of membership, are provided and must be approved/acknowledged for the purchase to be completed.

Ripoff

System goes through a search that looks like you will get information on the title number you are inquiring about. You pay, then get a message that there's no information on the title number. Basically paid for nothing. It was only the "introductory trial " price, but still it's the principle. I feel ripped off.

This app doesn't give you any relevant info. It says free to start, but you actually have to pay. And then the report is so bad, you have to pay an additional $10 for more useless information. Do not buy.

Was useful information but if you are looking for wrecks or title types, go ahead and spend the 20 bucks. The did give the information and it was very fast. For my situation, it was exactly what I needed.

Misleading information provided before payment. No indication that you would not provide all information indicated prior to payment of $2.95 but then you ask for additional $15 to view the majority of the information you "scan" for. This is a scam.
