The product which I received was not at all similar to the picture. The delivery was very late. I paid 195 Rs for balloons and they just gave me 5 cheap balloons in a packet that were not even inflated. Worst service ever.

Booked rakhi as it showed delivery date as 3rd August. Rakhi not yet delivered. Customer support number is switched off. They are making fool of people. I would never recommend this site. Very unprofessional.
They promise to deliver flowers on the same day. I believe it and ordered a wreath for Rs. 1975 for the death of a family member in Karur.
It is disappointing that the delivery was delayed by a day and the flowers sent was totally not the price or justified the picture. I wonder why people choose this nasty way of money-making. Cheaters. God is watching!
Worst gift-site ever. My gifts were not delivered and waiting for the amount to be refunded. They said they sent an email, but from where? How do I search it?... they reply to WhatsApp texts after days, don't pickup the phone and are rude... by email they wanted to tell me the courier surcharge, just tell me by WhatsApp goddammnit... they don't want to work, just plain lazy asses employed there... when I called at the last ring they picked up and they were loudly chatting with each other and then they hung up... disgusting! Dont order from here. They are fraud and cheaters.
Regarding my order **************, they delivered a wrong product and a wrong message with the bouquet... In total a totally different order than what I placed... They delivered some body called puna's order to my mom.

I have placed a total of 8 orders with this company, 7 of which was for flower bouquets delivered in Greater Noida. Of the 7,1 was delivered one day late and in general the quality was acceptable although the flowers in some bouquets died after 2 to 3 days.
My eight order was for a bouquet of teddies at ₹ 3810. The order was placed on 5 September for delivery on 11 September as an anniversary gift. This is where the nightmare started.
My order was only shipped on 11 September from Kolkata using FedEx. On 13 September the parcel was returned to a FedEx facility in Noida as an Incomplete delivery address was specified. As mentioned in previous ratings, this company's telephone is turned off and the only way to communicate with them is either by WhatsApp or the complaint section on their site. One week and numerous messages later and my parcel has still not been delivered. I now resorted to dealing with FedEx directly in an attempt to get the matter resolved. I'm hesitant to cancel the order as their approach to customer relations indicates that I might never be refunded.
The fact that there is no rating system on the site itself should have been a warning to me.
I most certainly will not recommend anyone to make use of this company's services.
