I have attempted to redeem, on 2 seperate occasions, a total of 2-$15 virtual gift cards that have been thusfar, useless and unredeemable. Leaving me out $30and countless hours of time spent to earn.
Finally, it seems Inbox has partnered with someone who can send paypal payments in 1-3 days instead of 10 days. Much better.
It used to take 7 to 10 days to get a disbursement to paypal. For the first time in years I got it 1 DAY! Thanks to Inbox Dollars for listening and taking action to clean up that process. The more you spend on their offers/deals, the more you will make, but you can still make money from reading emails and taking surveys occasionally.

I won a virtual mastercard gift card and when I finally got it loaded into my wallet I have still not been able to use the card to make a purchase. I tried at Walmart and online through Temu. Very disappointed. I have won before and had it go to my pay pal account and it worked just fine. However now I no longer have a pay pal account.
Last Friday I redeemed $100 MasterCard and a $15 Apple Pay card. The next day I ordered a $10 American Express card. I've already received the American Express card, which I can't seem to actually use anywhere. I've tried so far, so there's that. And the other two I'm still waiting on and customer support hasn't gotten back with me not one time so my advice to you would be not to waste your time.
It has always been 2-3 days after requesting cash back into my PayPal card, but this took one Monday afternoon till late in evening on the next Monday! I even had to call PayPal to see if I somehow locked my self out but, no everything ready on their end!

I played several games. Took endless surveys. I earned my money and let it grow to $40 and decided to cash out. I selected my cards. They sent me a notice for them to kick in. I'm still waiting. I played solitaire to level 103. Was supposed to receive $12 and chain. Only was given 15 cents. Put in 3 tickets to find out what happened. No response other than more things to earn money. It's a waste of time. DON'T TRUST THEM

Here's a helpful heads up for anyone who uses InboxDollars. If you are taken to a survey where you have to watch a full episode of a new potential TV show called DMV, don't waste your time. I watched the entire episode and answered all of the questions about it. Upon completing the survey the message displayed that they found a better survey for me and I got nothing. What a waste of time. Don't waste your time with that survey.
1-16-25 I contacted Inbox Dollars and they awarded me the amount I should have received. But still be careful.
Swag bucks is way faster at getting me rewards. I will no longer put as much effort into inbox dollars. Inbox dollars sucks.
