Could not be more disappointed

I ordered a beautiful vest from Ima's. What they sent me was not the vest I ordered. The first picture is what I ordered the second is what they sent, as you can clearly see they sent a completely different vest. I have tried to reach them by phone and by email several times with no response. I bought this for a special event and what they sent will not work. I recommend not buying from this site, it seems they send whatever they happen to have. The item they sent me is even worse than the picture, I could not be more disappointed.
