I got a scam that was horrible. I went to my email and saw that I earned a gift card for $30. You know I was exited and ready to use it, but when I went on the website that was supposed to be a gift card it asked a hundred personal things that, I'm like heck no! Here is what I sent them so they would know what I think about them. I also want to keep y'all safe from these scams. Here is what I sent them. They told me that it is a real thing. I told them why do I have 32 of them in three days. Their response back, was we are sorry and that we will change the way we email things. I'm sitting here like hello. What the He** is going on with your app.

This bellow is what I told them.

I hope this message finds you well. On Wednesday at 6:09 PM, I received an email from iHeartRadio stating that I had earned a gift card. However, when I visited the website link provided in the email, GoNoft.com, it led to an unfamiliar and suspicious page. The site also requested personal information, which I was reluctant to provide without knowing whether it was legitimate.

After conducting some research, I believe this may be a fraudulent offer. As such, I kindly request that you investigate this matter. Additionally, I would appreciate being issued a valid gift card from a reputable source, should the original offer prove to be a scam.

Once the issue is resolved, I would also be happy to share my experience publicly to help warn others about potential scams like this.

I pay for ad free music, but at times they still play ads and can, or won't stop. I'v sent multiple emails and spoken to two representatives. No luck.

They raised the volume of their commercial volume to be extremely higher than the radio stations. So much that I have to reduce the radio volume then when the station I am listening to comes back I can barely hear it. UNACCEPTABLE I have been using iHeart radio for several years and have been very happy with it. I will no longer be using iHeart and will be deleting the app.

I RECENTLY moved to Trenton NJ AND needed to find a great station to listen to well I tuned in to 106.1 and loved it the music is great every day the hosts are amazing and the WAR OF THE ROSES segments they do are funny, truthful and they are (the hosts CHIOS AND HIS STAFF love the listeners - shout them out have great topics - I SALUTE IHEART. RADIO for this fine station and the music is great all day long.

I purchased the PLUS subscription in hopes that the endless commercials would be reduced but NO! The exact commercial will play up to FOUR times in a row! The commercials also repeat so frequently that I end up HATING to listen to iHeart and often just opt for the old fashioned radio...static is better than the commercials! PLEASE make iHeart Great Again (MiHGA) and fix the commercials! I understand commercials occasionally but don't play the same commercial over and over!

If my pieces of music have never been taken into consideration... you deserve only three stars... Oh, yes...
