I recently tried to return a helmet I bought from HockeyMonkey.ca withpout success because they required me to obtain an authorization number that I was unable to acquire because nobody bothered to return my multiple emails and I was unable to leave voice mails because the system wouldn't allow it. This is the first time I've tried to return a product to HockeyMonkey.ca (unsuccessfully) and the last time I will buy a product from this company.

Here is what I believe they should have written instead: 'Here at ABunchOfMonkeys.ca, we're known for our really crappy customer service. We're unfriendly, know little, and strikingly inefficient. Please feel free to call us at 800. BUZ. ZOFF if you have any questions regarding an order, shipping, products and returns and we'll make sure not to answer. The customer service department is ready to assist you on Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:01 AM Eastern Time; otherwise we're busy on break. We offer a variety of ways to avoid your contact attempts; we don't answer telephone calls, we trash e-mails before reading them and disable our interactive chat feature. If you are trying to reach us or track your package, good luck sucker!
