This is the first time I used a resume service and found Sarah totally focus on me the customer/client. I was very opinionated about creating my resume but Sarah was very open with me about my opinion, which I respected. She was excellent in creating a resume that featured my accomplishments over the years. Her writing skills were excellent and at the same time was customer/client focus. Great experience.
Only suggestion I would have is the first communications with the writer should be a phone call instead of email.
