Rude customer service. Part of my return was denied for being dirty with pet hair and deodorant but I had showered before trying on garments and all the items were handled in the same manner yet only 2 out of the 5 items were "dirty/unreturnable" I could pay to ship them back to myself - bras that don't fit and are poor quality - or donate them and be out the money. They delayed the shipment almost a month and would not honor a discount that they offered me via email. Overall poor customer service and you should expect they will decline part of your return.

The garter belt is fantastic. My wife doesn't really like the thin waisted belts, preferring the wider ones. The thing about it is the garters hang lower which resulted in the stocking being lower on my wife's legs since she is short (5' 0"). Unfortunately, she didn't like how it fit her. However, this is not a knock on the garter belt at all.
