I have been a customer for 5 years and love the quality of their HBC ribbon including the pricing. Some items are overpriced, like some of the 3" holographic and printed 3" grosgrain ribbon but overall their prices are competitive. Customer service is On Point, responsive and quick to resolution. HBC will always be one of my top 3 for inventory!

I use the 3/8" elastic for sewing projects, most recently for making mask loops. This elastic doesn't seem to irritate ears as it's softer. Quickly shipped and a great value for the price! Thank you!
