I put in all of the information in registering for the course, but apparently was told that I took the wrong state course after submitting all the documentation to the DMV. When inquiring, the customer service agent provided me with incorrect information. When I asked for a refund or credit toward the correct course, I was told that's your responsibility to check with your DMV that you've taken the correct course. I was offered a 10% discount. Not much of a consolation. There's nothing special about this "course". It's essentially a pdf with chapter quizzes. There are a few pointless games that don't contribute to understanding the material and don't help with the test. Based on the poor customer service resolution and lackluster course material, I would strongly suggest you try one of the dozens of other courses out there. The company wouldn't honor their refund policy because I had already received the course certificate before realizing I took the wrong course...

It was all great. Quick and easy. The certificate got lost in the mail so the court never received it. I found this out the hard way. Calling them is miserable, you call to be "placed on hold" after 4 minutes you are automatically disconnected (did this for about an hour on my lunch break consecutively for 3 days) When I finally did talk to someone they told me the court had to call them... huh? It was a huge mess. It took me a week to finally have them just fax another copy. Simple right... not.

Don't do it. I cried all day long. The judge didn't take it. My court was included on the company website but the judge said he didn't put his court on there. I had mentioned I payed the 60 dollars online and he told me he didn't tell me to do that. So please call your court if you are first time ticket offender find out what you need to do. This website deceived me and I lost my 60 dollars and now I have to carve out more time to go to an in person class along with more money to participate in it and now I owe money for taking out court time for him to tell me basically it was stupid of me to do so. Don't embarrass yourself or waste your time. I'm a full time student and I'm stressed and depressed as it is this really messed with me.

I took traffic school at this site three years ago. Recently, I discovered my insurance rates were raised and it turns out that Go To Traffic School had never sent my certificate to the court. When I talked to their representatives about it, they stated that I did not take the traffic school course, but the insurance reduction course. This was incorrect, but I was told, "There is no way for us to change it even if we wanted to." After purchasing a certificate, the provided link did not connect to my copy of the certificate as it was supposed to, and I had to contact another representative who told me that the certificate was not available to people taking the California course. I was refunded, but then I was told that I could pay $10 to get a different certificate (which I didn't get). I have spent hours trying to sort things out, but customer service has been increasingly unhelpful and as big of a waste of time as the course itself. STAY AWAY.

This online course works for all states and should be on your DMV list of approved choices. I have used this school, and so have a few friends of mine. If I ever need it again, I'll use this same course.

The price varies by state, but it is now only $11.50 (including e-certificate) for California residents (after using the discount code). That's what my friend just paid, so you should expect something similar (if you're in California) and other states should be inexpensive too.

Enrolling online is easy, and the course goes quickly, but be sure to allocate a few hours to complete it.

There are brief quizzes after each section, and then there's a final exam of 25 questions. It's not hard, but you do have to pay some attention to the course. Have fun!

This led me to believe that this was a certified course for avoiding citations and keeping points off my driver's license. NOPE! After completing the course, I learned that they do nothing accept include the address for the courthouse where you received your citation to make it look like they are taking care of it. Luckily I called the courthouse or this would have resulted in a much larger fine and possible arrest warrant for a minor speeding violation. Aside from false pretenses, the website is easy to use. The information is basic and the tests are too easy to really count for learning anything of value. It does look nice though. Know what you are getting into. THIS DOES NOT COUNT FOR TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS. Call your county office for information on what course to take. Do not be taken advantage of. Once certificate is completed, they WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND.

The online course and customer service with this company is ridiculous. After completing the four hours required I logged out. I logged back in and it tells me I haven't completed the four ours and cannot complete the final exam. So I wait an additional 3 hours. Then they give me the option at the end to print an electronic certificate, so I pay the extra money ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT IT TAKES ADDITIONAL WAITING TIME BEFORE I CAN PRINT IT, which it did not state on the website. Their customer service was NO help and I basically ended up wasting money. I think they're just out to take people's money, don't waste your time!

Simple, straightforward, and can be done relatively quick. Final exam isn't hard - Google is your friend if you get stuck. This is my second time using it and it was just as painless as the first.

In addition to learning the material, the site will have "checkup" questions, such as the color of the car used in the infographic from the last page. If you are smart about using your browser and google, the questions are easy enough to figure out that if you are focused on getting this out of the way, you should be done in a couple hours at most. There are 17 sections in total, so be focused and push through! The final exam requires a 70-80% (depending on the court) pass rate, but you can retake as many times as needed.

Cons:
Random authentication - some states require this, so this actually isn't the school's fault, but it will ask personal questions to identify yourself
Timers - most courts require a timer on each page which will limit how fast you can complete the course - again not a fault of the site but a reality of online traffic schools
Shipping - if you wait until the last minute to complete your traffic school to remove your ticket and need expedited shipping, prepare to pay
Animations and website quality are a little wanting
