The clothes are great, but the processing / shipping time to get them is crazy. GA offers an option to pay $28 for 2 day shipping, $10 shipping for orders to arrive in 4-7 business days, then in small print state it'll also take 1-4 days just to process the order in the first place. Free shipping also takes 1-4 days to process and then insanely is estimated to be delivered anywhere between 14-20 days. Not sure I've ever purchased anything from a company that takes so long to do the basics. I've had deliveries arrive from Australia much faster than GA can even process the order in the USA. Might be worth trying to buy Good American products from another retailer that stocks it - they're much more likely to ship for free / arrive faster / have a better customer service & returns policy. Otherwise prepare yourself to wait a painstakingly long time to be able to wear whatever you've bought...
I ordered 4 items on December 05,2022, never received jeans at all! I was charged for a pair of jeans that was out of stock, it was subtracted from the initial total, and then it was also recharged back to me in the month of March 2023! I need a refund or my merchandise, I am unable to call them, only can email, Good American!
I made a return a couple weeks back, received an email saying my return got delivered and that it would take 10 business days to show in my account. It has now been 12 business days and still have not gotten my money back. I sent customer service an email outlining this issue and no response. Their return policy states they give returns within 7-10 business days. Shady business. Buyer forewarn.
I'm a very forgiving person I was in retail business myself a small boutique so I know the ins and outs I realize they have to do it on a large scale but their customer service down right sucks first of all you never get to speak to anybody and the email says they'll get back to you in three days I don't know if they got my product back or not. They also had a $2.99 processing fee automatically tacked on and it was their mistake. So I always like to support women business but I won't be supporting this. You can't even get one return right and that was my first time buying anything From them so I'm extremely disappointed they need to get this fixed or maybe they don't care as long as they sell sell sell
I bought 3 pairs of jeans and all of them ripped less than 6 months after having them. Size was not an issue as they fit comfortably… I had the impression with each was they were wearing away. Not what you'd expect from such an expensive product. Really disappointing… I invested with the idea that they would be long-lasting.
Terrible quality and the price is way to high for this cheap material they use you can see the glue and black dirt marks all over the boots i personally would never shop there shoes clothes are cool but definitely noth the shoes no way to expensive and made really really bad
I ordered a pair of jeans on June 23, received them around July 5, they were too big so I returned them the next day. I never got an email saying they received my return so I checked the tracking number and they were received at their facility July 13. It is August 23 and I still have not been refunded. They also charge a $7.99 restocking fee which is pretty lame.
Immediately after placing my order, I realized the delivery address is incorrect. I tried to cancel. There is no option.
I tried to change the delivery address. After 3 DAYS I'm told the address cannot be changed.
Now I am out hundreds of dollars for a couple swim suits and priority shipping which I will not receive. What am I supposed to do?
It is unacceptable for a respected company like Good American not to be able to honor a simple request like cancel an order or a delivery address change which was submitted within an hour of an order. Especially given it takes '4 days to ship for delivery'?! Extremely disappointed in the customer service here.
Do not waste time ordering from Good American. After my first order not being delivered, I contacted the company only to learn the item was no longer available. I didn't learn this until a week after inquiring about my order. I was then offered a pity discount. I gave it another try and still haven't received my delivery after 8 days. Once again contacting customer service, I was informed my item should be here on the 25th of July. Unacceptable, and furthermore I don't believe it will be delivered again. I would never order another item from "Not So Good American".
I am getting the run around from customer service. I paid way too much for jeans then paid extra to have the package expedited. Its been 8 days and the order has not been shipped, even though I received an email saying they were shipped 7 days ago. GA is blaming it on UPS, HOWEVER when I contacted UPS they informed me a label has been created but no package was ready to be picked up by UPS. At this point, I will be disputing the charge with my cc bc obviously GA has not processed my order and the jeans are somewhere in the warehouse not in a package and not ready to be shipped…AFTER my cc has been charged. They lied to me so buyer beware. This company is a rip off. Oh and the text contain poor grammar, missing words and misspelled words. I am not sure this is a real company.
