This company is complicit with NYTimesPublishing.com guilty of denying me a legitimate refund of $2007. They processed my CC transaction for NYTimespublishing.

This company took my $2007, lied about several important issues they said were true, promised me a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee refund verbally, in the contract, and in emails. Due to negative information about their company, I canceled the contract 2 hours after purchasing it and asked for a refund verbally, in email, in texts and in Chat on their website. It's been over 49 days, now, and this company still has my $2007. I cannot publish my book without those funds.

This company is complicit with NYTimesPublishing.com guilty of denying me a legitimate refund of $2007. GoLogoNow processed my CC transaction for NYTimespublishing. I warned them (to no avail) then reported them to TX and NY Attorney General CPAs, the BBB, Facebook, and FTC for their unethical behavior(s).

NYTimesPublising through GologoNow took my $2007, lied about several important issues they said were true, promised me a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee refund verbally, in the contract, and in emails. Due to negative information about their company, I canceled the contract 2 hours after purchasing it and asked for a refund verbally, in email, in texts and in Chat on their website. It's been over 49 days, now, and these companies still have my $2007. I cannot publish my book without those funds.

The worst company I have ever worked with.

I paid Over £700 for a website design including support once it went live, and the purchase of a Domain. The website has not been finished after several months, and the domain has been purchased under their own name and servers.

Frustratingly i have now requested a refund - to no avail - after which i simply requested the Administrative credentials to my website and Passcode to transfer the Domain across. To date they have refused and are ignoring unwilling to comply unless i pay a further £5,000.

A summary of concerning points listed below:

- They are not registered on companies house in the UK purposely, so they are not traceable.

- They regularly instigate a change of account managers on your project to evade a single source of blame. In my case this was, Muhammad, then Alistar then Ricky and now no one.

- Once payment is made they communicate intermittently and eventually completely stop.

- Constantly push for more services and asking for more money at every opportunity, not having completed the original project.

- When you start to push for deliverables the rudeness received was mind boggling and very abrupt. They hung up on me several times and often spoke over me suggesting i do not know about technical matters and not to concern myself with it too.

I would advise everyone to stay well away from them.

I am now in the process of speaking to commercial solicitors and the relevant authorities to instigate a county court judgement as well as trying to engage with 'Trading Standards' and 'Action Fraud'

Go Logo Now was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were so involved every step of the way ensuring my satisfaction with a Logo for my business. They go above me beyond to help bring your idea to life and offer any other business startup assistance you might need like branding and web design etc. They were very prompt and friendly throughout the process I will definitely be using them again.

After inheriting a logo design project, Go Logo Now took every bit and piece of an account and has turned it into a great method to complete the plan. The team has designed the logo, website, and mobile app. The team has conducted a lot of meetings back and forth allowing them to identify what needs to be done. Although it is too early to identify key metrics, Go Logo Now successfully completed the project. They've been complimented for their amazing communication.
