New
Order glasses from glassesshop and after a little over a month then glasses broke. After trying to get ahold of someone 3 times on the phone 2 times on the live chat that doesn't work. I finally after 20min each time got some lady on the phone that could barely speak English. She want to give me 50% off the frames and I had to pay for them and shipping and I would have to install the lens back into the new frames. I told her that thats not going to happen since they are barely used and almost new and they broken 2 different spots at the sametime. I asked to speak to a manager she told me they do not talk on the phone they should email me in 24hr. The warranty is $#*! and they are selling cheap products. Do not waste your money on this site. There are better companies out there.
These are very light and comfortable. Love all the products that I've got. My prescription is right and everything is just how i wanted.

I had a pair of frames break very easily.
I paid for another frame and was told I could pop out the lenses easily and put in the new frame.
This was not easy at all. In the process or trying to put them in, the arm in the new frame broke.
I've been offered a new pair at half price when I feel I should be reimbursed entirely for the glasses as they are progressive lenses.

It was awesome that you sent me a new pair of frames at half price when my old ones broke. It wasn't awesome that the frames you sent me were bent. I had to go to an optical shop to get them to adjust the frames so they would sit correctly on my face.

I absolutely love these sunglasses. They feel sturdy and look great. Definitely glad I got them! Great frame! I was very hesitant to order, but so happy that I did! The frame fits so well, true to size, and the prescription is spot on especially considering how strong it is.
