Purchased a single replacement door opener. Poor quality. Returned and was charged 20% bull$#*! restocking fee. Absolutely $#*! company
Worst warranty service. Liftmaster days they send parts and return lables within 2-3 days and this company says pay for the parts, pay for all returns and we will credit you in 1-2 months after we get everything back. Total scam! They will take 1-2 months unless you pay for your warrantied parts first. Client is disputing purchse with AMEX. Diffective out of box, crappy warranty and lift master doesnt care! Best to go through a local dealer you can physically visit.
Just what i needed! Unfortunately the bolt head broke during install but these days with parts that happens sadly.

I've used Gatehouse several times. Always quick and fair prices in my experience. This time when they realized they were out of inventory on a product I had chosen they called me with an alternative. Once I said yes they shipped out the same day. Really great service!
Ordered from gatehouse due to the published delivery date into google's product feed, had many other options to choose from but chose Gatehouse due to positive reviews and fastest delivery time. The item said in-stock on site, but when placing the order with 2 day delivery it was stuck in "processing". The item was not instock and I kept being mislead by their support. Would not have had a negative experience if they had been honest. But they weren't, and that usually means if they are dishonest at this level, then they can only be worse in more serious areas. Do not use.
I needed a part and these guys saved the day. And when I had questions they were quick to answer, and were very friendly while helping. Delivery time was super fast too. We'll use them again for sure.
My garage door gear replacement parts arrived in just a few days and they were a perfect fit for my Sears Craftsman unit. Price and shipping were reasonable. Installed them myself based on YouTube video DIY videos. Saved a lot of money, no doubt.
I ordered a logic board from GateHouse Supplies. After two weeks of the part not showing up, I contacted Brandy, customer service rep, at GateHouse. She was very curt and a bit rude to me. I am very frustrated that their website didn't state 'out of stock' and they lead me to believe the part would be sent. I even received an email from them checking to see if the part had arrived. I had not, so that is why I contacted them.
Don't trust this place. They will waste your time and then treat you like dirt.
Response to Business: your explanation doesn't change my opinion about your return policy / company. Obviously. I wouldn't be happy to receive a used part marketed as a new one, but you've even admitted that in my situation (unopened package), this wouldn't be a concern. Yet you happily apply a blanket no return policy. Still a hard no for me on buying or recommending anything from Gate House Supplies.

Yes - buried in the fine print it says boards are not returnable. Wouldn't have ordered if this were more predominantly displayed.
Answer: I think if you know for sure what part number you need and they ship you the correct part (and it works), then you should be fine. Personally, I wouldn't buy anything from them again,

I am really sorry about this but this policy is for our customer's protection.
Believe it or not, some customers will install the boards, then realize that it's not the issue and send it back for a refund.
Once we get it back we can't send it out to another customer because it may have been plugged in and possibly damaged.
How would you feel if you received a part in the mail that someone else used first?
I understand that this scenario does not apply to you but hopefully, it lets you better understand the reason for the policy.
