I have had Flume for several years. Recently their batteries don't even last a year, they send them in proprietary packaging so you have to buy through them. The batteries are terrible and fail in less than a year, their compartments that hold the electronics do not seal properly, and they no longer have any phone support. So when they can't help you via email "chat" they disappear and don't do refunds for batteries sent that are already bad. I texted with my own multimeter. Disappointing. Started out wells has gone downhill fast. Don't recommend this company at all.

I ordered the leopard fleece with red trim from this site off of tiktok shop in January. I received my order (#7131) over 2 months later, with ZERO tracking along the way. What arrived was the ugliest thing- looks like a carpet & is tiny barely fits my 10yr old, and is worst quality I could ever imagine. It was a total joke, and not at all the sizing that I had requested. When I contacted their customer service to say I wanted a refund, they said "as their website states, once a package has been opened it is UNreturnable." I mean what on earth?! So you dont have an opportunity to try anything on? Not to mention, THIS IS NOT A DISCLAIMER ON THEIR SITE. I looked everywhere.
I have been totally scammed and I highly recommend you dont order anything from this site EVER! And FYI- if there was an option to give 0 stars, I would have chosen it!

My daughter wears this product often so 10 days before her birthday I purchased her a gifts card to ship directly to her. Her birthday came and passed and they NEVER shipped it out! A gift card?!? Seriously, they never called or anything. They said there was a glitch but there was no glitch when taking my money. Worse, you have to hear about their DEI vomit when you call the customer service line yet, they fire hard working employees for trying to prevent theft.

It shipped coming back from Idaho ended up a complete disaster with a blown transmission, called Anderson towing. They had a truck there within 45 minutes. The driver Zane was awesome. Very professional had us hooked up in no time and made sure that we were in a safe location before he delivered the truck to the mechanics 10 stars in my book. These guys are awesome.
