I have a previously neglected, now very overgrown garden with lots of weed and hard ground. This beast tore that up in mere hours, when the summer before it took me weeks with a shovel to get the same amount done. Also, can't beat the full body workout!
Some equipment arrived dirty, scratched, and clearly used, which is not worth it for the price charged. I have not yet gone through the process of exchanges or refunds, but would appreciate more information on how that process would work up front.

When I ordered, I needed to update my payment and shipping address. For some reason the system would not let me delete my old address. I had to mess with the "address update" function to enter my new address and then get it to populate in both shipping and billing, so I wrote about this issue in my "shopping experience rating." The next morning I received a call from Forestry Suppliers, advising they held up shipping my order to make sure they had my correct shipping address. The individual I spoke with said he read the address update issue I had written the day before; so he confirmed they are using my correct address. I really appreciated this followup action on the part of Forestry Suppliers. This showed me they are professionally responsible and take immediate corrective action to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. I mentioned not receiving free shipping, as offered on the website, in my review. I then received a perfect response from a very friendly representative saying that they had covered the shipping and the order was going out today. Forestry Suppliers will certainly be my first choice in the future.

I have been looking for a way to source forestry canteens ever since I was issued 2 during 2017, when my NG unit was activated for wildfires. They are light, fit well into different pouches and packs, and if lost, do not represent a significant financial loss. Ordering from Forestry Suppliers was simple, and the product arrived quickly. Have placed multiple orders with Forestry Suppliers over the years. Latest one had some items in stock and some on back-order. Placed the order anyways. In-stock items delivered in 4 days, and the back-ordered items in 2 weeks, so not bad. I was looking for potential replacement of the back-ordered item but the way the site displays items as you click through them is cumbersome, some items don't show up under general search terms, and it can get aggravating to keep going back to the start screen and do the entire search all over.

Quick and efficient even with drop shipping to another party. The item I ordered was made in Maine, but shipped from Mississippi such as the way of the world today it arrived on time and go order. Thank you.
Love the products, the only downside is it seems like they take a long time to get here. I usually buy for customer projects, and I have to warn my customers now that it will be a couple of weeks before I can do the job.
