All assistants at zendesk are very helpful and courteous. Just now Rashid helped me with a mistake I made while placing an order and he just took a minute to get it done and then send an email about the changes I asked for.

I live overseas hence had some difficultly with local postcode. They also have online chat assistance and I was been assisted by Emran Manish, who walk me step by step process and was very helpful.
