I have been a customer for many years. I have found eyeglasses.com to be reliable and competent. Their selection of frames is amazing. My progressive lenses always fit perfectly.
Glasses are excellent. No problem with that. There was almost a month delay however. No explanation for that.
Nice frames. But these lenses are out of focus. The eye prescription I used works very well for reading my laptop computer with a previously purchased pair of glasses from 39glasses. Although I carefully checked the prescription values, while entering them into eyeglasses.com, the received glasses were out of focus. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I intended to buy a second and third pair in different, more expensive frames. But now I will not. Eyeglasses.com used to be more reliable…
I ordered 3 eyeglass frames. When myorder was received, the invoice said all 3 were shipped and all 3 frames were charged for. Only 2 pair of frames were received in the box. I called customer service and they coordinated shipping the 3rd frame. Thank you.
