Overall experience was very good. The only problem was when I went to pay for my order. I was not able to pick my existing payment method. I had a credit card on file with my account but I could not pick it. I had to re-enter it completely from the beginning. Not sure what was going on there.
Very disappointed with how my card was used various times to purchase a set of tires. My card vendor told me that extreme terrain credit my card 4 times back. The whole experience was a nightmare. Extremely disappointed with the outcome, l am very unhappy with the results.
Super easy to install. Gives a great drop step, makes it way easier for my wife and I to get in.

Extreme Terrain is extremely fast shipping and their prices are generally the same or better than other retailers. They also have an exhaustive product list so I'ts the first place I look for anything I need.
Products are always in as described condition. I had an issue with payment not going through and contacted customer service. They noticed that it was applying my discount to and fixed the issue. Would give 10 stars if I could
Very quick turn around time on delivery. Price was fair.
Actual radiator had a broken plastic clip for base of shroud. And the bolt patterns are off. The AC Cooler and fan shroud do not line up properly. Could not use bottom bolts for AC and Shroud is tight against top hose. I needed to put in quickly so will sacrifice imperfection. Also way to many emails after purchase.

This is my second order from you and just like the first one it is all messed up before it even gets here! Placed two large orders in the last 6 months and both were wrong. Customer service was nice but new very little about the product. Not very happy!
I have a build I'm trying to button up before Rausch creek in April. I was looking for a specific water storage tank. Dan helped me out excellent service. Also went over a few other things I'll be looking at soon
They shipped me my Fox steering stabilizer without box or any installation hardware, just the stabilizer and instructions in a big shipping cardboard box. After all I have been spending with this Company.
I was having some technical issues with my purchase. I used the chat option and eventually got on the phone with their customer support rep, Leo, who was nothing short of amazing. We didn't get the problem fixed during the call but later that evening I managed to finalize the transaction thanks to his help. Top tier experience to say the least.
