The customer service reps I dealt with were friendly and responsive but the product itself is garbage.
I ordered two custom back lit led signs, one for each side of the sign.They started falling apart with in a month. Half of the LEDs have now burnt out in one of the signs and the overall construction of the signs is absolute garbage.

I bought a neon sign from them and never got installation instructions and was unable to provide any help...avoid these people like the plague

Everything neon went the extra mile creating mock ups for us with different versions. When it arrived it was packages perfectly with hanging mechanics. They even included a dimmer control switch. Its simply a beautiful sign we will be using in the background for our YouTube Channel TV show. Thanks Everything Neon for your hard work. We will definitely put a good word out for your business!

I purchased a 12in by 24in led sign and in less than a month "23" days to be exact...lights have gone out! $295 wasted! Never buy from this company. 1st off they delete all emails sent to you so you can't go back and prove where they offer a larger sign for the quoted price and you receive a smaller one. Very cheap material. Looks like a lite bright game...not worth the money! Shop elsewhere!

They did not send the proper power cords with my original order. When I reached out to Customer Service, they said it was past the 100 day mark after the purchase date and said they won't ship the proper power cord. The reason why I couldn't open it and check right away is because we had a family member pass away and I did not get to this task until recently.
But Everything-Neon doesn't care. They just tell you it's not possible and there's nothing they can do to fix their own mistake. This company is awful.

While designing my custom neon sign, I changed the colors and fonts so many times and they were very patient every time. I read some bad reviews online so I was a bit skeptical but after receiving the sign early, I knew it was worth it! It came from China but the quality and packing were outstanding. Keep up the good work guys!

This light is very well made. It's easy to hang and looks great in my office. It's easy to adjust the settings and turn them on and off. It offers a variety of brightness and blinking options. I would recommend it.

I was very doubtful at first as I read through the bad reviews. A review said it came from China. I have to agree with that. It seems like it was made in China and shipped international priority and the from address was a Chinese address, and one shipping label was in Chinese. But let me tell you, if it came from China, they did an awesome job! I ordered with them in sept 8th and I received it today sept 17th, even though they had told me it will take 3-4 weeks! I was totally surprised to get it today. They had also given me a discount in my order. The package came in well secured and neat. The product looked absolutely wonderful and the letters were exactly how I wanted them! Keep up the good work guys!

I was looking for a neon sign and found this guys on the web, I was in doubt ordering from them because there are already a lot of scams online this days. But this guys are different, they have the best design that really meets what I prefer, customer service who are always available when I have questions and OH! The sign, its just perfect. I love it and it indeed compliments my bar room. Thank you so much and i will order again soon guys. Maintain the good business in you.

Our first light stopped working after a few uses, but another was shipped immediately and so far - so good! Such a cute light and love that you can dim it to the occasion or preference.
