I agree with the posted above. Jim@ EpicMMO has been nothing but honest with me. I even had one of my accounts recalled and he replaced it free of charge. This is the only MMO site that does true, legit business. I recommend EpicMMO to everyone!
Over the years I've bought 6 accounts from Jim. I've never had a problem. The accounts were always as described and the process is always quick. The great thing is if you get bored of your account he will help you resell it. Overall its a great honest experience. No one else has his service.
I have been dealing with Jim at epicmmo for about 5 years now. He's a reasonable stand up guy who deals fairly. He provides a service that's illegal under Blizzards TOS and often as such gets hosed by opportunistic account sellers. Every time I have had any problem with any account sourced from him he has promptly either resolved it with the original owner and in cases when this has not been successful he has provided me with a new account of equal or in one case greater value. What more can you ask for?
I have bought 4 accounts from epicmmo. Jim has helped me always. One of the accounts got taken back by the owner and Jim let me pick out another account for free! I will ONLY buy from epicmmo. You can not ask for a more honest person when dealing with accounts. He will always help.
If someone is concerned with an actual reviewer or someone paid by epicmmo... look no further. I have been playing wow for about 5-6 years now and i purchased an account off craigslist back in 2009 and about 2 months ago it was recalled... i leveled characters from 60-90 in that time and all my hard work and time was gone. I looked all over to see what i could do and once i found out that account was banned i looked into this website and dealt with Snowy-Jim... Great guy, worked out a payment plan with me and set me up with a secure account that i know will be mine till the end of wow. I recommend this site to anyone. They charged back my money for no reason what so ever. This is utter and complete BS. They aren't answering e-mails or their AIM either.
The customer service is rude as hell and I'm now out $270 because of the $20 processing fee. Paypal is currently working with me and we're both going to fight them and their credit card processor.
Beware of selling or buying from this company. SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THESE SCAMMERS and hopefully we can shut them down.
Anyone who is complaining EpicMMO chargesback clearly got scammed by an imposter or person who said they were Jim and were not. I have sold EpicMMO numerous accounts and Jim has NEVER chargebacked. One of the accounts I sold him even got recalled and he emailed me and we fixed it. EpicMMO is the most trustworthy site out there.
