Emerald Relocations

Cheap need not be best is what I have learnt from my experience. I have used local players for my inter city moves but nothing pleasant. My friend recommended the company Emerald Relocations head quatered in Chennai. I was a bit reluctant but have agreed to use their services with flexible payment terms. Our shifting from Guntur, AP, India to Brunei went on well extremely well and not even a single damage or loss. Though bit costly then other movers I have no regret. Recommended.

They are the worst company, I would not even turst them with my rubbish!
I moved from UK and my UK company partnered with them to handle situation in India. They have been rude, uncommunicative (just don't pick up the calls) and have never ever answered a single question from me properly in a professional manner. They charged me 11,000 rs for mysterious 'holding charges' and 'customs' (eventhough I have imported used toys and books of my child) and never gave me a reciept for it despite asking for a million times. They claimed that out of my shipment they did not recieve a box, but they did not inform me about it until after the shipment was delivered. They made their delivery guy lie to me that the box has been located and it's at chennai port so they will courier it to me. I even have a recording of the guy admitting to lieing so that I will sign the papers! They have been utterly unprofessional.

Our shipping services rendered by EMERALD RELO team was wonderful. Upon shipping to India they also helped in storing our goods and delivered in good shape.
