Spent a lot of time flailing around looking for safe and reliable transportation for my teenage daughter, who needed to travel from San Francisco to Campbell by herself. Being new to the city, she was not confident about using the BART/CALTRAIN network and the number of changes involved in reaching her destination. Finding DPM was like striking gold. They are punctual, safe, their vehicles beautifully maintained, their drivers personable and courteous. They are pricey, but the service is all-inclusive with no hidden costs.
