After trying multiple times, my order still won't go through. I'm wondering how this company can stay in business when you have to deal with this problem. I have ordered from them before and didn't have this problem.
I ordered a couch from Dot & Bo. The couch order was confirmed and everything. I received an email a few days later saying the couch was cancelled. I tried calling and no one answered. I emailed them and they got back to me saying the couch was out of stock. On their website the couch was still listed with a higher price. I think they just cancelled to sell the couch for more shady.
Ordered 600.00 in outdoor bar stools. Payment was taken from my bank account in 1 day but we have not seen any bar stools and NOBODY will answer an email since that's the only way to contact them. I want to cancel and get refund but I doubt that's possible either. I just want OUT and my money back.
4 emails later NOTHING. How in the world am I going to get my money back now.
First time buyer from Dot & Bo. The "bronze" shower curtain ordered arrived and definitely was not bronze unless a person would call blue, bronze for some odd reason. Sent it back and yet to receive a refund. I've invested too much time in this to be worth ever shopping here again. That being said, response to the request for MY money back is a cookie cutter, mass generated, computer response stating the curtain was received ( i was savvy enough to save the tracking info so I knew it was) and the money would be refunded in 3-5 business days. It's been 3-5 days. Still no money. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY.
I bought for my wife to give to our twin daughters. They were extremely pleased with them, so much they wanted for their daughters. So now both our daughters and granddaughters have them. All are very -leased with the product.
I liked what I saw on the website. Decided to order a small item first from this company before ordering a larger more expensive item. Glad I did it that way. I waited a month for a print I ordered as a gift for a friend. After three weeks I contacted them about my order status. They basically blamed the delay on the fact that their business was growing so fast they could not keep up with demand. After the fourth week I cancelled the order. I love internet shopping but hate unreliable drop shippers. I have had better luck with Ebay than many companies like Dot & Bo.
I am really enjoying being able to hear all of my old record albums again! My new turntable from Dot & Bo is so cute, portable, and fun to use. The sound is great also! I highly recommend this player. It is a good quality product at a reasonable price.
I have not opened and assembled my order as of yet. However, the ordering process, communication, and shipment was all outstanding. I sent an email requesting info on shipping and received a follow-up immediately. I highly recommend this company.
I purchased the Tall Marra Pedestal Table and received it several days before expected- which made me very happy. The table is excellent quality and flawless. Looks amazing in my living room! Easy to put together... they even provided a handy little tool and matching numbers on the legs and table which made it foolproof. Perfect process in the purchase, shipping and follow up by Dot & Bo.
Great prices for high quality furniture. I bought two paddington lounge chairs in February, received them in march and they have held up incredibly well. Shipping is on the longer side, but the website is very fun and the emails are gorgeous.
I had an extraordinary experience with dot and bo ordering a side table for my new house. I found the perfect table but it was out of stock. I got an email from their service team telling me they'd try and find one and shortly after they did! It arrived in 4 weeks - a little long to wait but they told me 6 weeks so i was certainly pleased. The table is in and i love it. I also check back from time to time and they have many more things i'd buy!
Dot&Bo has a less than user-friendly on line order tracking system. I've had to loop through again and again to finally get to a email form where I could actually submit my item number and explain my problem. It's been four weeks after the recorded shipment date on my account and I have yet to receive the item I ordered and paid for by credit card. Not feeling confident about my choice in using this company nor my opportunities in resolving this issue. At this point I would not be a repeat customer Nor would I ever refer this company to anyone else.
I found my DREAM sofa on dot and bo after searching for months. When I finally made the decision to pull the trigger, the sale had closed and the couch was no longer available. I emailed them immediately and one of their service people got back to me letting me know she'd do everything possible to get the couch back for me, and a couple of days later she did - the couch arrived and it's totally perfect. I'm in love.
My order for six chairs came promptly. When one of them was defective customer service immediately reacted and is sending a replacement that will arrive in time for the holidays, which was the reason for the purchase. I am beyond impressed and, as a professional interior designer, I can definitely HIGHLY recommend this company.
I thought I was looking for a flat basket tray but saw your box and bought it. It is perfect! I put some felt dots on the bottom so it wouldn't scratch my glass table but it keeps all necessities handy and not strewn all over. Thanks! See photo!

As each item arrived I was thrilled with the quality and astonished that everything was as described and more. This is a company that stands behinds its products. They are not satisfied until the customer is also satisfied and offer a wide variety of decor and furniture. Recently i ordered a product that was delivered damaged. Customer service was honest and told me many customers have had the same issue, and they were removing the product from their website. They were extremely apologetic and offered me a new chair, though i decided to cancel the order and order something else. They also have a cool incentive program with Pinterest - if someone re-pins one of their products that YOU have pinned and then purchases it, YOU receive a $20 credit. NEAT!
I purchased a four door storage cabinet in turquoise from Dot and Bo. It was on sale for $169. At the time it occurred to me that I might want a second matching cabinet, but I decided to wait until the first one arrived so that I could be sure of keeping it. The cabinet came in and fit perfectly into my room. Next morning I went to Dot and Bo's website and looked up the cabinet. Now it was priced at $189. I contacted customer service through email and explained my situation. A very kind lady named Patricia arranged to credit my account for $20 so that I could purchase a second cabinet at the same sale price as the first. I consider this outstanding customer service and am grateful to everyone at Dot and Bo who were willing to help me. Oh, and I did purchase the second storage cabinet.
I came across Dot & Bo's website while searching online for furniture for my new home. I immediately fell in love with their website. I had a few questions regarding some of the items on their site. I emailed Dot & Bo to get a little more information before I made the decision to buy. I was very surprised to see that I had received a reply within a matter of minutes! The surprise continued when I read the reply email. I was provided in depth information on ALL of the items I had asked about and the lady that helped me was so sweet and made me feel very important. When my order arrived at my door I was ecstatic. Everything was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with the service I received from start to finish. I am now a Dot & Bo customer for LIFE!
I was going to order from overstock, however Dot and Bo beat the price by $80.00 a piece. This saved me almost $150.00. I ordered Barstools that were exactly what I wanted. Very nice quality along with speedy delivery. Very happy all around.
