I contacted the Distinctive Gem team for an August Vintage round diamond, as a replacement for my engagement ring. Shopping was easy, customer service was great and in so happy with my final product. It's stunning!
Ordered a custom ring using one of their diamonds. Went through several CAD designs and made revisions to my exact requests. They handled the manufacturing of the ring and setting. It arrived promptly after they finished setting. 10/10 could not have asked for a better experience overall.
Awesome experience, from the initial discussion and design and refinement to delivery! The designer was very responsive in updating the renderings and sending them out, and very respectful of our wishes and vision!
