I bought a surgical light that was of poor and would not hold its position. It would drift while I was performing surgery. In order to get a refund they wanted me to pay $819 dollars of shipping on a $1000 light They know you are unlikely to pay such a high cost so you stuck with the poor product

The dental unit has very good quality, the noise that it produces is really low to be a compressor, the operation of the high and low speed is perfect, with air and water adjustment. The suitcase has wheels which is very useful for moving the equipment because it weighs a lot which I do not appreciate as something negative considering that a compressor. This equipment is very useful for providing dental care to people with few resources who live in places far from the city.

We bought a couple of equipmants from this company, 2 items stop working within 1 month, in order to return the items, you have to have video and it will take them 3 weeks to reply, then you have to send the item back to China and they recommend you lie about the cost of the item, This the email I received from Dentalsalemall
