J'avais choisi Cupshe spécifiquement pour leur promesse de livraison express sous 5 jours ouvrés. J'ai donc passé ma commande le 10 avril, en payant l'option rapide, afin de recevoir mon colis avant le 19 avril, date de mon départ. Résultat? Livraison prévue le 23 avril, soit 13 jours plus tard, et surtout après mon départ.
Le suivi montre que l'étiquette n'a été créée que le 15 avril, et j'ai appris bien plus tard que l'un des articles était en prévente… ce qui n'était pas indiqué clairement au moment de la commande. Le service client m'a répondu poliment, mais sans solution concrète. J'aurais aimé être informée dès le départ de ce délai supplémentaire.

Cupshe has so many cute swim suit and clothing options available, even for a bigger gal like me. I usually dread swimsuit shopping, but by some miracle everything I picked fit great. Their delivery times were really fast, I got all my stuff in less than a week after ordering it, just in time for my beach vacation. Their customer service was great too. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size of one item but after emailing about it they were able to correct that, and their response time was very quick. Very happy with my Cupshe experience!
The clothes are cheap. They are made for short people or people who don't mind dresses showing their bums. When you return your items you have to pay money on each item so you work get the full refund of each items. You also need to pay a 15 dollar fee for a shipping label. It's ridiculous. No one else does this. Garbage brand. Garbage clothes.

This bathing suit is gorgeous! Excellent quality. Shipping took about 5 days. It is cut a little high in back on the bottom which was fine when I was 25 but not so fine now. Reluctantly I was going to return it because of that. Their return policy is very generous: return for a full refund but I pay the return shipping OR return and receive a 130% credit for another purchase OR keep the suit and receive a 70% refund. I went with the last option and am going to try to "pull down" and sew a new seam so it covers my butt a little better. Would not hesitate to buy from Cupshe again!

I have ordered twice from Cupshe. On both occasions, my order was processed quickly, I was kept informed and the items arrived quickly.
Unfortunately, I had to return 2 items from my first order, but that turned out to be simple. I did not like being charged for return postage, but who would? I would probably think twice about ordering from Cupshe again though simply in case I had to return anything.
Overall though - a good experience. Sizing is very different to other sites so do make sure you understand the sizes used

I received items that didn't fit so naturally I excepted the 130% store credit. I used this to purchase new items in the hopes they would work for me but none of them did. I went to do a return and they would only refund me for the amount I paid out of pocket in addition to my old credit. So it was 130% not worth it and the suits are just basic Chinese crap. Cute styles but not worth the $200 I lost in purchasing them. I will look somewhere else next time. If you don't know if they will fit, and don't want to lose money, don't buy from here.

Just like another the quality was cheap. A total joke nothing like pictures. One dress looks like made out of cheap shower curtain material! To top it off after laughing my butt off and went to return it… well you might as well keep it because you only get a few dollars per item!

I purchased two swimsuits and a jumper from cupshe. The first time I wore one of the swimsuits the beautiful coral color faded and is now almost a dingy white. It also faded very unevenly with streaks of coral remaining so it is obvious it's not meant to be white. I am now afraid to see what happens when I wear the other items. You can see in the photo the top portion used to be a bright coral pink color that matched the plastic rings on the straps. Even the straps have faded slightly.

I have emailed them contact them try to sign into my account to return two packages and then I didn't receive one package and I have gotten nothing back. POOR customer service. They don't reply to contact forms (2x over 2 weeks). AND ignored my requests to unsubscribe 4-5x. It would be nice if they replied to my 2 app contact forms to let me know 35+ days is the norm. They have bit off more than they can chew or don't care. All bathing suits I ordered were made to fit someone shorter than 5'7". Did they use any models of average height or taller for fittings? Clearly no. Did they make the straps adjustable for average height or taller women? Absolutely no. Furthermore the return policy is absolutely bogus. Couldn't get my money back for products that aren't even made to fit someone of my height properly. Will never order from them again.

Bitterly disappointed with the service from Cupshe. Placed my first order which took over two weeks to arrive but I guess international delivery is much longer.
Then I open my 'WHITE' T-Shirt as clearly advertised on the Cupshe website only to find its a horrid yellow cream colour.
Like other reviewers have said, their returns policy is clear but in a case where their own item description is wrong they are refusing to pay for the postage to return it.
As this is an error on their website listing why should I have to pay to return it.
After 4 days of endless frustrating emails where the Customer service team just don't appear to understand they must take responsibility and they only communicate for a small timeframe each day, often starting a completely new thread in the conversation.
I'm now offered a voucher to cover the return postage for when I shop again.
I don't want to shop at Cupshe again after this experience. I can't trust their website descriptions so why would I shop with them again. Situation still to be resolved but be aware of the pitfalls of you have anything at all go wrong, they're a nightmare to get anything sorted out.

It is impossible to return items. The site doesn't work for returns, And what's worse is that there is no help from customer service. No one answers the phone and I've written three emails in which none of them have been returned. I will never order from this company again!

I ordered 3 very cute swimsuits from Cupshe, but unfortunately two didn't fit quite right. I reached out to customer service and they were extremely helpful. Their return policy is fantastic and give you several options. I ended up keeping the two swimsuits (bc I can wear different bottoms with the Cupshe tops) and they offered me a 70% refund back to my credit card and I got to keep both bikinis. I was disappointed in the fit of the bathing suits - I found that they fit much smaller than expected (even after consulting the size chart), and the suits themselves did not look exactly like in the pictures online. However, when I emailed customer service to make an exchange, they responded almost immediately with excellent options for refund or exchange. I am always really skeptical ordering from these cheaper websites, but I just did not want to spend over $100 on a swimsuit so I went ahead and ordered two of the most reviewed and popular items. I just got my order today and tried on the bikini top and bottoms, both fit PERFECTLY. The order was delayed by a week which isn't too bad considering how much I love my new bikini. The quality is great. Obviously their sizing is a bit small, but as long as you stick to their sizing chart you should be fine. For example, i normally wear a size small top and I got a large and it fits great. Can't wait to flaunt it this summer and will definitely order more now that I know it will actually arrive.
