Good experience. Ordered a replacement cover. THis one is cheaper fabric and no straps to hold it in place.

I always appreciate customer service at Crystal. We're sad the lexan skegs are going away and it means we'll have to buy replacement skegs from Amazon because the standard ones are too easily broken. I've even had one fall off during a kayak trip. Also, please look into selling a 'deluxe' kayak seat. One with a thicker padding for your bottom. These things will keep me ordering for Crystal rather than going elsewhere.

So far, so good. I will have more to say once I get to try out the new kayak.

12/10/17 the order is waiting for me at our house in Florida. My parents signed for it and I have not been able to take it out yet. I will be arriving in Florida about 12/22. I will be able to give you more feedback once I get to try it out.
