A Bit Disappointing
June 1, 2021
Ordered an OLED TV and sound bar 25 May 2021 using Crutchfield's (free) UPS 2nd Day Air delivery. The sound bar arrived as advertised. It is now 1 June and I'm still waiting for the TV. It arrived in Salt Lake City (approximately 50 miles from my house) the morning of 28 May. Timing is probably a big factor since it's arrival was on the cusps of Memorial Day Weekend. I await to hear from UPS to schedule the arrival. Their site estimates a 3 June drop off. Nine days for a 2nd Day Air delivery seems excessive.
