I had ordered 3 rings from cost21.com around Christmas and now it is now march. Don't buy from them and if you do you will be very disappointed
YES, COMPANY IS A SCAM! DON"T LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. I ordered a few items and was never able to access my account after pay pal paid them. The owner stated the next day after i couldn't get into my account that my order had been placed--I've tried contacting customer service and the owner but no further response from them has happened other then the owner stating my order had been place. Now, they still have my money--I have asked for a refund because the jewelry i ordered never came--and i haven't heard anything else from them--NOT EVEN A MAILING CONFORMATION THAT THEY STATE THEY DO WHEN a PACKAGE GETS MAILED TO YOU. Be wise don't try and by from them.
I ordered some fashion accessories form www.cost21.com, it's amazing the shipment very fast, and the quality of jewelry very good, will buy next time...
I had ordered few things from cost21. It's been 1 and half months. I have sent many emails to follow up with order delivery. Still did not receive any product.
Still awaiting. Worst site for shopping. I have also asked them not to deliver no w and refund the money. But no reply!
Nearly two months ago I ordered a purse off cost21.com
Nearly two months later I am still sitting here without the purse. I have emailed repeatedly. They send me shipping IP addresses to track that don't exsist with UPS- then they switched to some Chinese shipping site that I cannot read.
Beware that all purchases go through a private PayPal account.
I will be calling to complain to PayPal because this company is fraud.
The site is outside the US. I ordered 2 of what was advertised as Metal Thick Chain Necklace. The original price was over 14.00 and was on sale for a little less than 10.00. When it arrived it was cheap plastic. When I emailed them they sent a message back saying they advertised it as Metallic. I went back to the site, they had changed the wording of the add but I had saved the original to my bookmarks and it was advertized as Metal. I brought this to their attention as being a cheap trick, they did not answer my email. Do not buy from this site, you do not get what they claim on their adds. Bad business.
