I ordered 2 items and both orders were a disaster! The first a e bike when I received the bike the front tire was flat so I took it to the store like the online agent told me to I was told they would examine the tire. Well they told me since I ordered it on line they couldn't do anything they didn't even look at it. So I just parked it because I wasn't about to start doing repairs on a 800 dollar ebike fresh out the box and was contemplating sending it back. Second order hp laptop it was supposed to be delivered by fed ex Oct27 2022, they kept saying a attempt was made several days I took off work 3 days I tracked it they said attempts were made LIES! So I said I will pick it up at fed ex when I get there they say it's out for delivery WELL DAMN but the day before they told me I can pick it up between 7am and 7pm lol so I called fed ex and after speaking to 4 people they told me there was a problem with the bar code and that the attempts o was told by tracking were actually never made. So it was eventually returned to the shipper and tracking said it was indeed received by shipper. So I called cons back they said they have 48 hours to send them conformation and once they got that I would be able to make another purchase so cons received the info so I asked if I could go ahead with a new purchase they then tell me I have to wait 3-4 more business days? So I decided to go ahead and send the e bike back and cut the ties with this DISGUSTING CON ARTIS (CONSTIPATED CONNS? This is the kicker they are charging me $135 to restock the bike since it was opened so they will send me a invoice that I have to pay before I send it back, you would think they would just take it out of credit but the damn tire was flat when I opened the box? I would not recommend this company to a worst enemy and I will make sure they stay on blast every time I think of them!
