I started talking with a guy on there. His user name was allinhilarity. That name should have been a clue but I give the benefit of the doubt. He was a racist and just wanted to talk about sex and try to get nudes. For any woman that reads this he will make you think he is a good guy but he is extremely racist and doesn't actually like women he just makes fun of them. Christian cafe of course will not care if you report him. I just hope an innocent woman doesn't get sucked into his games.
Even though attempts to meet a friend of faith, or interest to date like minded faith based believers
I find that there is very little interaction or response to my invitation to communicate.
Either people have a preference, based on distance, age or more.
I understand some members may be out of reach but really no interest or even replies? Or even block someone because they shown interest - that's shallow not spiritual!
That make me a bit skeptical about this. I don't think many are open to opportunities and are not serious or diligent in their search.
Ever since my review, I have been getting creepy calls late night from people who insisted they spoke to me on whatsapp. I find it funny that it happened right after my review. The phone numbers are reflecting from a toll free number in the US. 855 and Michigan and Oregon. I will come back for an update after I speak to Christian Cafe themselves
I did get a free trial to check out this Christian dating site. As a Christian living in India, we are a minority and we tend to look for Christian sources outside India to turn to. This site was not just a site to find a partner but it was also to interact with other Christians. It started out great. I started out with writing on Forums, explaining my situation about living in India and finding Christians. I mentioned that God is in control and sought help and advice from other Christians and it was working out great until...
One fine day, I was stumbling on the Forums and found a lady in Africa with a similar situation like mine. I saw a mean reply comment on her Forum post saying, " Why can't you find people in your own country?"
I immediately went to her defence and posted, " I am in the same situation. We don't have enough Indians to date here."
I went around with my Forums, and few days later my Forum Post came under blast by "jtex406". He quoted my statement, " God is in control", and argued with it, saying, " God is not in control. You are in control". I told him if God is not control, who created Adam and Eve and if he was not in control, why did he banish Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden when they disobeyed him?
He then changed his tune saying God is in control and pushed an article link on me which was written by Christian people, but it wasn't Biblically based, but it was the views of other Christian leaders which I refused to read.
I called him out for bullying with the quoting and misquoting of my statement. He gathered all his White Christian friends against me on that post. I told them if this was their way of bullying a little Indian, let me remind you of how Goliath was slayed. I also requested not to show the article to me because I wanted some verses of the Bible.
I flagged his behaviour and wrote to Customer Service and they said he has a right to post it and sent me a link that he could do so. I sent them a screenshot of the post guidelines where he cannot debate someone's beliefs. That's what he was doing to me. Thinking back to the previous post about the African lady finding a foriegn man and how she was told to find men in her own town, I saw this as another way of attacking colored women and I addressed that. Instead of an apology, I got a defense statement."Watch your judgement". I told them it wasn't a judgement, it was feedback.
This site pretends to highlight christian singles but I don't think any of the women on it are! They don't have any more character than non believing women! Also if you don't live in a city of 4 million or more there won't be anyone on this site from your area! This site is a joke!
Have received no replies after giving numerous winks and some messages ihave received return mail from one member as he is a minister and I had questions. His answers were wonderful for me this is the kind of Godly man I would like to meet.

It was easy for you to charge my payment. But like I knew even the Christians on the site are full of games and want a perfect person when in reality only Jesus is perfect. I am happy with my life God knows my purpose in life and is not for me to be playing the game of dating sites.
Thank you and much success.

I live in the lower mainland of British Columbia, Canada. There are about 5 or 6 men within 85 kilometers of me within my age range that are in Canada. I emailed the company to say that it wasn't worth it for the 5 or 6 men that I have reached out to and never responded/acknowledged that I sent them a note, but they insist that there are tons of men suitable for me on this app. I don't want to "date" a man in Haiti or France. Thanks very much. It's a waste of money if you're in BC Canada.
Then you have the forums which is no shortage of "Christians" laying out judgement about all sorts of people in different situations (ie divorce etc).
It is sad that this dating site doesn't have more reviews. I love the site, because it is a true Christian dating site. I just think there are very few Christians willing to go on a dating site. Yet, you will find all kinds of "carnal" Christians on POF or Match. Why someone would call themselves a Christian, if it didn't matter to them, is a mystery to me?
It is the same situation for me in that there are very few Christian men from my state (Washington), in my age range (50-55) on there which makes it that much harder. I'm a firm believer that if it's meant to be, it will be.
Hello, I want to just add that i met my fianec3 years ago here and we have been together since. We both met each other on the free trial and now we are getting married by next week. We are very happy and encourage others to keep the faith and stay positive in Jesus name.
While profiles can be a bit verbose, it's an easy site to navigate and view potential suitors. I wish for two options:
1) To not view those you've viewed before.
2) To not view those who haven't filled out their profile.
A possible third would be to not view those without a picture.
Just sayin'.
