This brand has completely transformed my wardrobe. I have placed 5+ orders and never been disappointed. The clothing is unique, classy and feminine without being over the top. It's the only store I shop from now on!

I absolutely love how Chicwish designs capture that vintage, yet trendy vibes. I bought the lace midi skirt and go to so many compliments and brunch! It hugs the waist perfectly and flows so gracefully highly recommend for anyone who loves time less elegance.

Ordered ten items, only received four. Waited a month and contacted customer service, which they don't make easy, only to have them say the items were delivered giving me the tracking information for the first package that arrived. I responded that all the items were not in the package and to please send the missing six items (over $200 in clothes) or issue a refund to which they stopped responding. I filed a claim with PayPal and am waiting to see if PayPal will make it right and refund my $249. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK and purchase from this site. Items are being shipped from overseas, based on the grammar in the customer service email, customer service is not based in the US and once they have your money you have no recourse if/when they don't send your items. BUYER BEWARE!

I love a lot of the products but they can be expensive compared to other stores for same quality and having to pay for returns makes it difficult to make purchases. I would shop more if returns were not so costly.

You can't choose an option to get the delivery to the post office, just your address. There were also some troubles with the payment, the website couldn't take it from the first two or three times. The website needs some improvement.

Three items I ordered were delivered right away with no issues. My fourth item was delayed. I emailed 3 weeks after my purchase to see when it would be shippped. The next day I got a message it was on its way. Finally 12 days later it arrived. I think they may have forgot about my fourth items if I hadn't emailed them.

The products are cheaply made, and no customer service exists so they get to keep the money, they don't want to honor returns and they are a company based in CHINA!
They deliberately hide this fact. Buyers Beware!

It took a very long time beetje I had all the items. They came in 3 packages. The last one arriving 30 days after the order was placed. This is very tight with wanting to return items all in 1 package, to reduce shipping costs. Quality of most products was below my expectation, and prices are considerable, so price-quality balance is off.

I was pleasantly surprised that it's actually a high-quality product and looks exactly like the picture. The delivery was fast too, and when I had trouble with my email and couldn't log into my account, the customer service was very helpful in helping me track the coat.

I guess we are all now used to free return shipping and good information on returns. I did not find Chicwish return policy easy to find for my location, nor did they respond to my queries. While it said it would provide payment for shipping, it did not in the end provide a paid waybill. It said there would be a return form in the package, there wasn't. And it said they would only refund if the product arrived back to them within 30 days of delivery to me- unable to guarantee that, i decided to keep the product and repurpose the fabric rather than risk having no refund and no product.

Easy to search and find what I'm looking for plus the dresses I received were all exactly as they looked on the website. Will definitely buy more from ChicWish.

For my height 152 it is long and so puffy. The quality is good the color is so beautiful. I will keep it and will wear it

Shopping online was easy, with a huge variety available. One item was shipped later but customer service was helpful and I received the last item shortly thereafter.

I order the size it suggested XL and it would not have fit a small! So disappointed I threw it away! Very itchy not mesh around neckline! Made very badly as well!
