I recently had a terrible experience with CherishX while placing a Valentine's Day order. If you're considering ordering from them, here's why you should think twice:

🔹 Misleading Booking Process – Their website allowed me to upload pictures for a customized card. I completed the process, made the payment, and got a confirmation. Later, they claimed the photo option was an error and refused to fulfill the order as promised.

🔹 Refused to Take Responsibility – Even after I shared screenshots of their booking page proving my claim, they refused to acknowledge their mistake. Instead, they gaslit me, saying, "Before placing the booking, photos were not promised to you." Then why was the option there?

🔹 Partial Refund Only – Despite their fault, they refused to refund my full amount. Their "solution" was to cancel only the card, not the entire booking. This is unacceptable and unethical.

Final Verdict: Not recommended. CherishExp's business practices are misleading, and their customer support is unhelpful. If they can deny a simple customization feature after taking payment, imagine what else they can get away with!

💡 My advice: Avoid this company and choose a more trustworthy service.

Try at your own risk. They charge exorbitantly, you need to pay the full amount upfront and for any minor accommodation that you may need, such as convenient time within the time-slot selected by you, delivery and pick up logistics etc., they would ask for more money over and above the price already paid by you. The extra money they demand is not mentioned anywhere and they will just internally discuss and tell you, for instance if you have booked the slot 10 AM to 2 PM and are requesting the decorators to come at 130 PM since you had to run some last minute errands, they will ask for Rs. 500 extra. If you say you were not informed in advance that they will be coming to pick up the decoration the very next day, and the huge amount paid by you is essentially for just one day, they will charge you Rs. 2500 extra for wanting to rent it for one more day. Their customer care service is rude, the pick up and delivery boys are rude, it is almost as if you pay them to disturb your peace of mind. They have changed their policy and expect a return of the decoration on the next day instead of their earlier policy of three days, and in their 10 calls to dictate when they will come etc., asking for google map location etc., they fail to mention that they would be picking up the stuff the very next day. Apparently, they hide this information in one line at the end of the booking confirmation message you get AFTER you have already paid the booking amount in full. They claim it's on their website as well, but frankly I can't find it. And I didn't book them through their website, I used instagram and then WhatsApp. I am highly disappointed and will neither avail their services in the future nor recommend them to anyone.

Post the event, we have noticed that the selotape used was not a non-stick one and on removing paint is coming out from the wall, and also hole has been drilled in the wall which was not told or accepted before booking. This is not correct on the service provided, kindly look into this and escalate to you senior management team and we need to solution on this. We have attached the pictures of the same.

Unable to reach customer care and even unable to reach that guy who suppose to come for decoration. Worst experience. Don't book it. Better to book local vendor so they are available whenever u call.

Delivered on time service and as promised. It was a seamless experience which also expected from such a big company.

Just a wow experience. Hassle free decoration. I booked only 2 hour before my event and everything was perfect. Thankyou so much

Donot book radio show ever
It is the worst experience i must say. I wanted to book a radio rj show. I was looking for simple customisation, my story should be creatively put in recording, it should sound like romantic and fairytale story. Add my personal recording and three songs with given seconds. Salesperson assured me for this personalization. 'you will get personalized audio, after booking our rj will connect with you with your spoc and will get brief for your radio show.
And made a bad decision. First thing they don't have a spoc for booking. First day a girl coordinated with me. Second day rahul,, third day Chetan forth day vaibhav and so on. They don't have different spoc number. One in built chat is the only solution to chat with these slow persons. Whenever I am sending message for updates or changes they are not able to read it due to single chat system. After two times changes they didn't add my recording songs were pathati cally eddited. Seems like an AI is recording things.
