I was provided 2 styles/proofs I approved of and wanted to order. I was unable to reach anyone by phone. I tried the "Order Now" link but that was starting the process all over. I emailed customer service for contact information to place the order and was emailed the same order form that the "Order Now" link had. A payment link or phone number to place the order for the products I'd already approved and wanted to order, would have been preferable

Challenge Coins Limited have been great work with. They have been flexible and facilitated an order with one mold charge but seven different coin designs by varying paint colors and plating.
